"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

The rooms are stylish and very comfortable, and everything is always spotless and well organized. Andrea and Mario are incredibly attentive and present throughout the stay, taking care of every detail with genuine warmth and dedication. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. "Excellent location in the center of town, if one wishes to stay in this area (which was my case). Large room, clean, no noise at all, and very safe. Air conditioning works very well. The common area is excellent, which large common space, full of African art. They also provide tasty meals, at affordable prices. Staff is very kind and helpful."

My room's ceiling fan did not work well. The shower's faucet is not that great, and it is often hard to get the shower's temperature right.

"Our first time staying in a B & B, and we loved it! The property is located just a couple of blocks from the beach. Safe and secure location, and our room was wonderful! The breakfast in the morning was delightful. We had all the beach items we needed available to use at no additional cost - chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, towels, even hats! We could walk to Bebo's for dinner, which was great! The property is lovely and gated. We will be back again on our next trip to San Juan!"

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.
