"Patricia met us when we arrived and gave us the lowdown on how to enter our room and gave us some suggestions for places to eat, which were delicious! The room was cozy and nicer than I had imagined since it was in the basement. All in all, I would recommend this room to friends."

There was nothing we didn't like. If it had been raining, we might have a different opinion!

"Property is on quite a long stretch of steps up a steep driveway.But that gives you a nice view over to the other islands. Room was clean and comfortable with TV. AC microwave and kettle.Although to use these items, you have to constantly unplug something to use the two outlets that are readily available in the room. Mrs. ann , the owner was very nice and accommodating when I needed to borrow her phone charger since mine got smashed in the metal door."

Things that are particularly beyond her control. Such as having the landscaping done the full day I stayed in my room, having chickens squawking starting at 4 o'clock in the morning and other loud birds making me wake up before. I wanted to, neighbors. playing loud music. The property itself was just fine. The only thing I and other people seem to not like about it was if you wanted to go up-and-down to the town. You have to go up-and-down all these steps and go down around a bend at the intersection. Although the other girl staying there said she found a bunch of steps down near the bottom that would have cut out the bend and came more directly up to the street. We were on that. I didn't know about. I only went down there once and then it started pouring rain and I came back up later. And never went down again.There's also limited if any parking and if you have a car you'd have to park on the street with every.One else. My biggest complaint has to be that on the booking website months ago that there was airport shuttle, it says free twice on the website. And I booked it thinking I could get a ride from the Scarborough ferry up 2 the place and then back over to THE Airport where I was staying after and this is not true when I pointed that out to her and she acted like she didn't know anything. About it well when you set up the website on booking.com. You're supposed to look it over and change anything on there . That's wrong and since I booked it months and months ago. It's been on there like that misleading people into thinking they have. At least a one way free ride to the property. And it's not true. It actually cost me the same price. $110 US to go from the ferry up to the property and then take another taxi down to THE Airport area where I was staying, which was the exact amount I paid for 2 nights to stay at the property. So I was running out of cash because no taxi drivers on Trinidad or Tobago will take a credit...

"Free pick up from the airport was a very nice perk, thanks so much to the host ho picked me up and waited for me, he also gave me a brief and concise tour on the way, also the place was awesome. Thanks for hosting me, I recommend this place"

My only two cons are: 1) Location, if you have a car you will be ok, if not, well, I am used to walk but the road here does not have much illumination or clean sidewalks, so, be careful 2) Hosts, your WIFI sucks(4MBps); I am in a new hostel and the wifi is exactly as bad as yours, so, for a moment I though this could be the regular wifi speed in the island, is not, on any coffee shop I found WIFI with speed up to 888Mbps.

Very pool cellular service and WiFi only available in the common area - not up in the bungalows.

The only bad experience was that there was no WiFi connection. I was unable to communicate with friends and family back home which made them worried and scared.

Need better hot water and better internet 🛜

"The owner were really kind. The landscape around the house is great. Good start for hiking. They offer transportation to/from the village of Mavrovi Anovi. They can cook for you if you ask in advance."

A little bit cold even in summer but they provide big blankets. The hot water is not always working. The owners don't speak English but their grand daughter does so you can call her to translate. There is no wifi but it's a good digital detox.

"Very welcoming and kind host, amazing location right in the heart of Baku, many bus stops and subway is nearby, and you can simply walk everywhere as well- old city with Maiden tower just 20 minutes walk, and boulevard is only 5 minutes. Quiet street and yard. Many shops, coffee and bakeries, restaurants and malls nearby."

For this affordable price I have no complaints- extremely happy with this visit!

"Very central location. Merely 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Cute cafe opposite and plenty of food and bars around. The room is very nice, it's clean and has heater. Towels are provided, the shower is shared but it's very clean and the water is nice and hot especially during winter. There's a small TV in the room as well."

Can be stuffy as it's during the winter, the windows was not allowed to be open due to the heater.

"Freda was very nice and helpful, providing us with a map of the sights to see in town, and her helpful assistant/dog Bella was also extremely welcoming! The room was nice, with a small kitchenette and some food/drinks provided, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also a great location, just a short walk from everything."

"Wonderful hotel. Great staff - loved Carmen!!! super close to the beach but tucked away in a quiet corner of it all. great room, great bed, great everything. Highly recommend. Only regret was that we did not stay there longer. A gem of a place."

"Well kept clean house. The owner tried really hard to reach Western standard of living (limited by being in the Solomons of course). Solar hot water, large fridge/freezer of 300L plus. 24 hour electricity. No aircon but the house is extremely well ventilated. Open plan big kitchen, 4 burner gas hob, huge lounge with modern couches. 2 rooms + 1 bathroom on each side of the lounge, so totally 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, clean. Hot water shower! I wish I could share photos but booking.com doesn't have upload button."

1. The cost is per person, not per room, but somehow not clearly displayed on booking.com. 2. This is an isolated house on the water edge, private and peaceful, but 40min walking through muddy path to get to seghe town/Airport although a boat transfer is only 5min. You need to bring all your food in and cook during your stay. 3. You need to enquire about the boat transfer cost, to be clear what trips are included, and what are not, otherwise you will have surprise bill in the end. 4. The water pump stopped during my 2 showers, someone needed to run downstairs to restart the pump so I could finish my showers. 5. There is no mirror in the entire house, and no towel rails in either bathroom. Maybe the owner can install them?

"Clean, well maintained, excellent communications, a few minutes away from a beautiful secluded beach with black sand perfect for swimming, beautiful pool, very, very secure."

Not to far from a busy road, sometimes you can hear the traffic but not when you’re on the beach or by the pool.

"Very cozy place, having a rooftop to chill and have breakfast too The owner is extremely friendly With a few minutes walk, there is a bus going to center and bus station to noakbidou too. Close to national museum as well"

The location isn’t the best, but far from restaurants and center (30mins walk max, it’s ok during winter but won’t be so enjoyable during summer)

"Super clean, really nice staff, very friendly and accommodating (they held our bags for us in the morning and let us charge our phones after check out in the front lobby). Bath tub and shower were really nice too, very spacious! And the balcony was cute. Hotel is very close to the lake side pier so was good for a walk after dinner. Lots of bike rental shops in the area and really close to the tourist shuttle stop for Shuishe Visitor Center. Note that the front desk closes at 18:00 so it’s important to be there before it closes."

The breakfast was quite simple but still appreciated.
