Bed and Breakfasts in Haiti

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"The host was very kind and helpful. The price is affordable for saipan. Wifi was great which was needed for work. Bed was cosy."

Quite old and doesn’t soundproof. Bathroom didnt look the cleanest, and needs renovation. Bathroom window doesnt lock. Walls need a repaint. No place to lie next to the pool. Location wasn’t convenient so I suggest a car or stay in the city.

It's nice to have bedside lamp for a softer light at night.

The local banking system and payment arrangements. The distance to nearest food store.

"Peaceful, quiet suburban area. If you are OK to walk 15 - 20 minutes to the nearest beach, bus station, restaurant or you have a car then the location is good. The nearest (Corellia) beach is a very good sandy beach. The room is OK at this price level. Simple, but clean. The pool is nice and clean. The owner and the staff are friendly and helpful."

Location far from everything but Nubian village. Taxis often want more due to difficult roads. No WiFi in the rooms.

Bed not as comfortable as we hoped

"We stayed here in September after walking the Arctic circle trail. We were faster than expected, so we contacted the owner as soon as we arrived in town. He immediatly told us we could stay at the house and came to pick us up in 10min to bring us there. It is a bedroom in his home and he immediately made us feel very welcome. We had space in the fridge, the entire kitchen available and we were allowed to use the washing machine to clean all our stuff. The WiFi was also excellent. The host was very friendly and taught us lots about Greenland, Inuit culture and history and the surrounding area. He also offered to take us on a boat trip to the ghost village (at a much better rate than any other provider). All in all a great place to stay!"

As we were staying in someone's home and not a hotel, the place wasnt absolutely spotless, but it was clean and homey. It might not be to everybody's taste to share a bathroom with a family though.

"Our stay at Sorento Sur Mer was simply unforgettable. The views are absolutely stunning—every glance feels like a postcard. The infinity pool is pure bliss, and the spacious, spotless rooms with a terrace overlooking the ocean made it hard to leave. Breakfast was served outdoors and left nothing to be desired. The hosts and staff were warm, genuinely caring, and always ready to help, with excellent communication from start to finish. A perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and heartfelt hospitality."

The toilets and kitchen where untidy. The kitchen had no stock so the limited menu was unavailable.

Everything was great, The only small suggestion would be to offer either thicker blankets or a cozy duvet for extra comfort for those who likes to sleep with the air conditioning but gets super cold easily 😅

"I didn't have breakfast but the location is nice. It at the center where life is and you can access anywhere easily."

Upgrade is always allowed but everything is okay 👍 during my stay

"it's a super nice hostel with a well equipped kitchen, big bathroom, and nice garden. the view of the mountains is amazing and there's plenty of nearby gardens around with fruit trees and herbs."

"I arrived late and the taxi driver was unsure of the location. However the owner ( manager) came out to meet us and showed me the cabin, there was a language barrier as I don’t speak French, however with the help of google translate this was overcome. The breakfast was good and plentiful with egg, dates, yoghurt and bread with a juice and coffee. The owner was very helpful despite the language, the cabins are functional and good fun and first thing I walked (30 seconds) to the beautiful beach at sunrise!"

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.
