Staff!! Before I leave, during the check out I was accusing I took a charger cable. I let her know I didn’t take it but she was affirming she left the cord by the speaker, then she called something to confirm that it was not there. But I left the place very upset! Next time do double check of the object are in the apartment! Beside this, the experience was great !

"I LOVED how it is connected to nature, yet you can enjoy having wifi and all modern facilities. What I loved the most was how friendly, cooperative are people. Just amazing how they can make you feel welcomed, food is great, location is the best. In a way they make it great for family vacation, couple vacation or even friends’ vacation, also extremely safe and comfortable. I can’t recall names of friendly employees there, but safe to say they are all so well trained to make you feel comfortable. It is by far the best experience you will get in UAE as a tourist or resident. 100% recommended"

"All of the staff were friendly and helpful, including the front desk staff, hosts of the activities, and restaurant staff. The dinner and breakfast were fantastic. We participated in the sunset drive, a camel ride, and an ATV ride, and they were all very enjoyable. What an incredibly unique experience."

It had to be expected but the rain falling on the tent made it hard to sleep, otherwise everything is good !

The thing about having points in access card to take shower, it’s not needed, people who are doing camping are nature friendly enough to do not waste water.

It’s very nature so you will see geckos in the room, they don’t bother you but it’s quite big one which it a bit scary

"Great Zarb for dinner for just 15 JD and wonderful Arab breakfast included with the stay. An easy to find place close to the road. We came in February which can get really cold and they had great accommodations for keeping warm."

"Very nice view onto the valley and the volcano. We were watching the stars and shooting stars from the very comfortable bed. Although it was cold outside, the blankets and heater keep you warm. The jacuzzi was nice as well."

The water in the jacuzzi is warm but not hot, but it wasn’t bad and totally acceptable for being in the middle of nowhere.

"The yurts are nice and beautiful. It's next to the lake/beach. Very cozy decoration. Dogs around are friendly. Nice sunsets. The villa yurt is super big and luxurious."

Staff don't speak english. Staff will try to overcharge you. No keys for your yurt. Food options are very limited. Shower and bath options can be improved.

Bring your own towel, pillow and blanket. Perhaps good for hygiene.

"We loved the privacy the Dome gave us. We could not see the other Domes while in the hottub, and when looking out our Dome window it was very open area with no close buildings. The comfortability was amazing, the blankets and bed were very soft and warm. The hotub and private bathroom was worth the extra cost."

The shower/bathroom seemed a little outdated, similar to an airplane or boat bathroom. However, everything worked fine and got the job done, so it still was okay. Probably the bathroom could be deep cleaned a little better as the shower and sink and toilet had water stains. The only complaint is that the shower head holder was very loose, and when we would put the shower head inside the holder it would fall down due to it being loose in the wall.
