"The Arjun bed and breakfast was amazing place to stay, this is best value for money they are charging, its their family maintained house, specially the lady was so kind and nice in conversation, i recommend this place, plus you also get breakfast on top of that. I find this place very comfortable. Will stay again with them."

"Excellent location in the center of town, if one wishes to stay in this area (which was my case). Large room, clean, no noise at all, and very safe. Air conditioning works very well. The common area is excellent, which large common space, full of African art. They also provide tasty meals, at affordable prices. Staff is very kind and helpful."

My room's ceiling fan did not work well. The shower's faucet is not that great, and it is often hard to get the shower's temperature right.

"Everything went great! It's a simple, pretty basic room but clean, comfortable and convenient, and the lady running the place was very friendly and helpful. Also - really great, upper class but surprisingly cheap Ukrainian restaurant just next door!"

The toilets and kitchen where untidy. The kitchen had no stock so the limited menu was unavailable.

"I arrived late and the taxi driver was unsure of the location. However the owner ( manager) came out to meet us and showed me the cabin, there was a language barrier as I don’t speak French, however with the help of google translate this was overcome. The breakfast was good and plentiful with egg, dates, yoghurt and bread with a juice and coffee. The owner was very helpful despite the language, the cabins are functional and good fun and first thing I walked (30 seconds) to the beautiful beach at sunrise!"

"The hostess was so kind and caring and professional. She answered questions, brought hot water for tea to our room, and met all of needs. The room was large, warm, nicely decorated with lots of blankets, lots of hot water both in the shower and the hand basin. The place was spotless. "Lovely stay and best breakfast we had in the 8 caribbean countries we visited. They baked us home-made bread and mango jam with an omelette and fruit! So delicious! Slept with the windows open to the sound of the waves. Amazing and lovely owners! We will return if we are ever in Barbados again. THANK YOU!"

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

Everything was excellent - clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped kitchen, beach equipment -chairs, fins, snorkel ect. Calm environment with lots of private space. "We stayed here in September after walking the Arctic circle trail. We were faster than expected, so we contacted the owner as soon as we arrived in town. He immediatly told us we could stay at the house and came to pick us up in 10min to bring us there. It is a bedroom in his home and he immediately made us feel very welcome. We had space in the fridge, the entire kitchen available and we were allowed to use the washing machine to clean all our stuff. The WiFi was also excellent. The host was very friendly and taught us lots about Greenland, Inuit culture and history and the surrounding area. He also offered to take us on a boat trip to the ghost village (at a much better rate than any other provider). All in all a great place to stay!"

As we were staying in someone's home and not a hotel, the place wasnt absolutely spotless, but it was clean and homey. It might not be to everybody's taste to share a bathroom with a family though.

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"Couldn't enjoy the breakfast as I had an early flight. The hotel is located well for travelers who have an onward flight from Tashkent international or domestic airport. The place was squeaky clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful!"

The number provided on the booking.com website should be updated as it was not a really responsive number. Other than that there's nothing more that can be improved at the hotel. Keep up the good work!

"The Manager handled EVERYTHING for me from car rental, directions to my many inquiries, set up a massage appointment for me...ECT, from the moment I landed on the island until I got on the plane to leave 🏝️I could not have been happier than with these people & this location! Thank you so very much Kurtz ... It was perfect for exploring the East side beaches and restaurants of the Island from & and just few minutes from the airport but you never heard planes flying over that area!. Car Needed!!"

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

Sehr bequemes Bett mit offenen Bettende und guter Matratze. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück mit verschiedener Wurst, Käse und Marmeladen und Gebäck. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Das kleine Badezimmer(chen) ist wirklich sehr klein. Ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, weil es wurde bei der Buchung schon drauf hingewiesen.
