"It’s hard not to like this place. Everything is so cozy and cute. Very clean and staff are very friendly. Check-in was very easy. This is our second time staying here so we knew what to expect."

"The in-house restaurant was not available for dinner and the eating options in Piste town were very limited."

Positive point:

"You can see from the photos, their pool areas are crazy awesome. As of Feb 2026, the main vast pool area was undergoing renovation and not available to use, which was a bummer, as that was the biggest draw for me with a kid. But they did have a second pool area with multiple levels and a waterfall which, while slightly less epic, was great as well. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff very attentive. I loved the cabana we stayed in and the jungle setting was natural but also upscale enough to be comfortable."

Negative point:

"Heads up, the gravel road to their place is like 1.5 k or something like that, and is pretty rocky with some huge potholes. I have an Xterra for just such rough Yucatan roads, but I couldn’t imagine taking it in a small rental car or something. I was surprised that such a nice place would have such a terrible road, so while I highly recommend this place, just be careful if you’re driving something small and be prepared for a little off-roading. In my opinion it is worth it, though."
