"The place was spotless, spacious, and in a fantastic location. The staff were so nice, polite, and friendly—they even felt like family! They went the extra mile. During my stay in San Cristobal, which was rainy, one of the sons lent me an umbrella so I could explore the town. Plus, the father had my breakfast ready 10 minutes early, so I could enjoy it before my long day of tours."

"12-minute walk from airport to hotel. Breakfast was fine here, and they were able to accommodate a slightly earlier meal time. Water refill stations. Staff was responsive to messages. Decent location."
"We might have had the best room in the house. It was the upper level front corner room with a balcony and a somewhat distant ocean view. Unfortunately, the windows were very thin, and so much noise filtered in from the street. After the first night, we checked to see if there was a quieter room available, and we moved to an interior room. This room was much more crowded with three beds shoved in, but it was quieter. There were ants crawling on the food sometimes at breakfast, so you had to keep an eye out."

"This is a really nice quiet hotel. Reception trying hard to use English to make you feel comfortable. Super fast starlink WiFi so no problem for remote back to back meetings. Lovely breakfast of eggs, bread, fruit and coffee, jams and butter."
"Check out is 10am which for me was a bit too early as I had to switch to another hotel and most check in are 3pm. I think 11-12.00 midday is a more reasonable asking time."
"Great last minute find before departing for San Cristobal. Walking distance from airport , pier, anything that is around of interest. Great WiFi and a lovely breakfast and Jessica on reception was super helpful with anything you needed re tours, boats, trips, all can be booked from the hotel with a smile :-)"
