"At night, you could not get the room "dark", since the curtain did not block much light and there were some lamps in front of the terrace. There was no shower curtain, so when taking a shower you always flooded the bathroom with water."

"The location is amazing, city center but behind the noisy streets. The beach is 10min walking distance. We booked a ground floor double room at a very small price, spacious and with decent conditions, but unfortunately it wasn't the right choice for us, as it was very noisy from the building (not the street) - you could hear everything from the hallway and noises from other rooms, doors slamming, people talking, dishes being washed. This location is worth it if you're looking for just a cheap stay right in the city center, no other expectations. Not us, we left after 2 days."

"For our double room on the ground floor: there is NO soundproof, the door felt like it didn't even exist, we could hear everything in the building. Also very hard mattresses and an incredibly small bathroom with poor drainage. Everything was functioning properly, but the amenities are decent at most. It's a great stay for people who want to go out partying. Owner was ok, interaction tot the minimum."

"I really liked everything, especially the friendly stuff there. Dimitris and Vaso are both super nice and warm people. They really do everything to make their guests feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean. They are cleaned daily. It's very central, close to the beach and the bus stop, so it's very easy to explore the island without a car. I will definitely recommend it to anyone I know who wants to go to Rhodes."

"great location close to everywhere, Michalis was nice and helpful, always ready to give you some advice. comfy bed and enough space for clothes in the wardrobe. tiny little cute kitchen nicely done, that was just enough for whatever you need during the stay."

"i know its not a hotel, but a little brooming once in 2-3 days wouldn't hurt anyone. as it is a summer holiday you always bring some sand into the rooms, i would even do it myself if I had utilities...anyway fresh towels every day, which I appreciate. shower head would welcome replacing and it was splashing all around the bathroom."

"Staff were lovely and property was clean. We rented a car and did not have issue finding parking space in the nearest church parking. Lots of grocery shops around and a lovely bakery. The room was cleaned daily which was a plus and overall it was a very good value for money compared to other properties to rent in Rhodes"
