"Great location, very clean, lovely caretakers. This place is easy and uncomfortable. My room had optional air conditioning for an additional eight dollars, I was quite comfortable just with a fan. This place is lovely and quiet, if you’re looking to party in your room, this is probably not for you. additional conveniences include free, unlimited, cold bottled water to drink, washing machine/ clothes dryer available at a reasonable price."

bit far from Centre but taxi is cheap so it's not problem, so you can visit and enjoy this very nice place

Your place was very clean, everyone friendly and accommodating, very well located, near downtown but not so close as to be bothered by noise pollution. Your guidance on which places to visit made my trip cause I got to see and experience places like Buhanga, Twin Lakes, Bisoke and Hirwa Gorilla Family all with your assistance one way or another. The mosquitos made my night a bit uncomfortable, but next time I will request a net.

"A truly amazing place to stay in Bruges! It’s located on a quiet street, yet very close to all the main sights and cafes. It was wonderful to stay in one of Bruges' historic houses. Even though the interior is completely modern, the small details give a lovely nod to the past. The host is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also really enjoyed the shared attic space; it’s a great spot to relax on the sofa or use the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you might need"

"We’re really glad we chose to stay here and not in central Batumi. We highly recommend this part of the city — it's peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the sea is just across the road. Meanwhile, the city center is currently full of construction, traffic, and crowds. Here, everything was calm and relaxing. The location is great — close to the train station and the botanical garden. The beach nearby was quiet, with very few people. The water and the shore were clean — a big contrast to the busy and noisy beaches in central Batumi. There was a convenient shared kitchen on our floor, where we cooked and had dinner on the terrace. Тhere was a coffee pot and coffee available in the kitchen. Other guests were on the same floor, but it never felt crowded. The host and her family were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist. Cleaning was done daily on our floor, and"

Minor issues: during our stay, the washing machine on our floor wasn’t working, but we were able to use the one downstairs, and it was soon fixed. At one point the toilet wouldn’t flush, but it turned out the lid just needed to be adjusted — a quick fix.

There is nothing that I didnt enjoy about this place, I loved the rustic room. Sometimes the walls were a bit too thin, but there was only joyful family sounds that I heard

If we had a chance to stay longer

"Staff were very friendly and werw available for any kind of help. Cleanliness was also good enough including bathrooms. Price was very reasonable. And the location was also on very good spot, kind of centre location to visit the important places in beirut. The highlight were the staff and their behavior. It was a pleasant experience in that hotel."

Just little bit of issue in internet but we only spent night time at the hotel so was not that much of a problem.

"Very pleased with the communication before arrival, and upon arrival we felt welcome. The room is spotlessly clean and has everything necessary. Room size is good: with one double bed and one single bed still enough space to walk and put luggage. The yard is cozy and each room has a little terrace to eat outside."

There are however a few minor issues with cleanliness, there are fingerprints round light switches and on the walls which aren’t typically seen in lodgings of that caliber. It does give a bit of the ick to see that."

For the love of all that is Holy add a door to the room with the open concept bathroom. It’s an otherwise perfect room and we appreciated it very much but for the price of the room, add a door.

"Superbe maison, avec une piscine fort agréable. C est près d un écrin de verdure qui apporte une fraicheur naturelle en soirée. Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour un séjour : propreté, confort, et calme. De plus, les propiétaires sont adorables et très avenants. Bref, c est une pétite!"

One of the room the a/c wasn't working properly

"Everything. Lovely hosts and clean house. The beds are super comfortable; we woke up to beautiful garden view outside the window. It was considerate to prepare various drinks (although we didn’t have chance to enjoy) aside from milk in the fridge, as well as candies and banana muffins (delicious)."

"Alfa is a very friendly host who will help you with all he can without any opportunistic motives. His place is clean and welcoming. Large and tasty breakfast included. The dinner they cooked for us was absolutely delicious, we loved the Peulh cheese! And all this at a very good price - great value for money. Very funny for us Belgians to be welcomed in Dutch :-)"

The surroundings of the house are not really beautiful, but we stayed here as an overnight stop between Cotonou and the Tanéka villages.

"Breakfast was excellent! Carefully prepared and customized to any dietary needs. It was a wonderful experience to have a warm breakfast first thing in the morning. The location of the property was walking distance to public transportation as well as easy commute to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe and clean space to stay."

"If you are more a visitor then a tourist, if you like exploring and going further when comfortable tourism ends, this place is for you. The authenticity, genuine friendliness and welcoming hearts of the people of the community made this stay incredibly unique and one of the best experiences of my life. When staying here one can get closer to locals, animals, cultural sights, traditions, local way of life, nature and the PNG culture in general then in any other accommodation. The PNGFE made my stay very comfortable and made me experience local life and the raw nature of PNG!!"

I struggled to get hot water in the shower for a while . The road nearby is quiet which is good for sleeping but not so good for public transport .

I loved the property except it took a while for the living room area to cool down due to the AC only being in the bedrooms
