"We stayed at Chankam Boutique Hotel for 10 days and had a truly exceptional experience from beginning to end. The hotel’s location is ideal, within easy walking distance of markets, great restaurants, and plenty of massage studios right nearby. Breakfast was consistently excellent, fresh, and health-focused, which we really appreciated. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every team member was kind, professional, and remarkably attentive to detail. They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean every single day. Again, special kudos to the entire staff team, you are truly outstanding and deserve the highest praise. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Chankam Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai."

Missing soap and shampoo in the bathroom, only 2 towels provided and two small pillows. The airport shuttle does not operate when needed. So many flights from Europe arrived in the evening after 7 pm and the shuttle only works until 7 pm? Also forget it if you need a shuttle before 730 am to catch a flight. For such an international location as Libreville, it would be helpful if the concierge staff could speak some English or understand it. Use google translate...but don't expect much patience from the concierge staff. In Douala, the Onomo staff were more accommodating and bilingual. For the LBV location, only the early morning concierge staff were professional.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"The nature, the vibe, the soviet style memories- just to let you know its not for everyone- nothing fancy, at least not at the moment. It was an exceptional experience for sure. You will like it if you go with tight mindset of travel back in time. Food in the restaurant was nice, the owner is cool and the staff is friendly. Nature around is amazing, even a bat visited us in the room:))"

It definetely needs some tune up, at least to change the bedsheets, pilows for the starters (bringing your own for now isnt a bad idea), and then fix the broken wardrobes and handles.

The winding stairs up to my room. Otherwise my room was nice looking over the pool and garden.

After looking for 15min for the switch to kill the light in the room we just took the fuse out. But there must be a better way ...

slow evening dinner service in restaurant; dated furnishings/decor in units; units with kitchen facilities should include a table and chairs inside the unit; uppermost level units are only accessible via narrow sharply rising twisted pathways full of potholes and broken pavement (and no guard rails of any kind) making them dangerous for driving and quite scary for folks with mobility challenges.

The rooms are very bland, there is no character to them at all, which was very disappointing given the price. The sunbeds could benefit from the upgrade.

"We got upgraded for a junior suite, it made our stay :) Clean rooms, many supplement amenities, convenient free parking outside, nice lobby- game area."

"The hotel has very nice reasonably priced rooms facing the lake and the island..The best being those to the right as you face the lake, those to the left have small windows. The rooms are comfortable but in need of a little update. This goes for the hotel as a whole but the great views are the bonus and it's only an 11 minute walk to the island."

The hotel needs some care and attention to ensure the physical appearance is improved.

The patio and chairs on the balcony were very dirty. There should have been a small travel pack toothpaste and toothbrush.

"I was in Atlas Hotel. It’s really great. - The hotel provides 24 hours coffee, tea and water. It helps a lot when the weather changes. - The staffs are so nice and always willing to help. They speak English fluently. - The room is clean. Worth for money. - The location is close to the airport. Very easy to get there. I recommend to book this hotel when you are searching for the place to stay in Dushanbe."

However, the hotel refrigerator was empty and there was no minibar. Also, whenever we ordered something, we had to pay immediately, as it could not be charged to the room.

"It’s clean but the can do better with the pots around the Pool with the empty plants . From the front of the property when we arrived wasn’t impressive , we thought it need a power wash , and thankfully we notice two days after it indeed did had a power wash . Appearance at first sigue is important for business in the hospitality industry"

Most of our stay the elevator wasn’t working and had to resort to use the stairs , but in our last day of stay the elevator came back operations then went Down again after a few hours

The soups could be done better. Supervisor to check food on display to be reimbursed. Our beds were two single beds which were too small in size.

The pool area is too small

"I was very surprised to see how clean the room was. Beds wete extremely comfortable, big and nice pillows. It was quiet, great selection for breakfast. Amazing price to quality ratio."

The bathroom was cold in the morning but that is really a minor thing.

I thought perhaps the restaurant menu was a little limited. The same soup every evening.

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.
