We liked everything, it was nice to have the option to enjoy dinner right at the hotel and a bonus that there was a discounted first night for the dinner. The buffet was good and breakfast was great as well. If the weather permits it would be wonderful to be able to sit outside overlooking the ocean.

"The buffet was amazing for both breakfast and dinner, the bed was huge and we slept like babies. We arrived at the hotel at 6AM and they were kind enough to check us in around 10AM free of charge."

We stayed in Doha during Ramadan and the hotel’s policy was not to serve drinks or eat outdoors until sunset. The staff was extremely polite about that, but for us, as tourists it was a bit unpleasant not to be able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace, in the warm sun.

- spots on the carpet floor in the room from weeks or maybe months ago - breakfast environment: tables are like 'here you sit and eat' - breakfast includes: tomato and cucumber that should be much better quality - the water temperature changes frequently while you are taking a shower and adjusted the knob properly

Everything was ok

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

Not much entertainment

"Paradise Beach hotel location was perfect. Right on the beach .close to the airport and Kingston. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which was great. Service was awesome and employees are courteous and helpful. Geraldine in customer service is the best .very friendly and helpful me tremendously ."

I should of booked a beach view room

Toilet this time not so clean. Found a pubic hair on the wall of the tub. There was a bad drain smell coming out of toilet, sink drain & floor drain.

"Central location, friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed, baggage storage. Three blocks walking down to main street where all kind of amenities available, could take public bus to T.C.Bus Terminal. It could be one of the best budget hotel. Thanks everything!"

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

"The hotel has been refreshed recently, so common spaces and rooms were nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. The parking was limited but extremely convenient if you can get it."

"Quiet location outside of downtown, comfortable room, accommodating and helpful staff at check in, ample parking. Had a very comfortable stay and a good sleep! Also really liked the filtered water station and glass refillable bottle instead of disposable plastic bottles of water - appreciated the eco-focus! It’s a long walk to the centre of town but a pleasant one (45-50 minutes) and we walked both ways for the exercise as we were beginning a long 37 hour journey home - but the hotel does provide a shuttle if you prefer that."

Only a small observation is that the hallways have different coloured spot lighting (purple green blue etc) which initially felt “cheap” or retro - like we were in a small town 1980s disco/motel. But it was just a stylistic choice/first impression that didn’t impact our stay and did not impact on the room or larger hotel grounds which were lovely.

"The hotel is perfectly located for arriving by bus late at night. A few minutes walk and you are at the hotel.. There is no need to worry about finding an honest taxi or onward travel. A very warm and friendly welcome by professional reception staff who speak English. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. There is a very good supermarket next door and lots of restaurants. It is a short, easy walk to the centre to and you can leave your luggage after check out so perfect if your onward travel is by bus. Kosovo is such a friendly country, and I loved the atmosphere and welcome in Prishtina."

"The hotel is set on the edge of the sea, with the pool and restaurants directly beside it. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was also very comfortable and quiet and spacious. We hosted a private dinner for my husband's birthday for 40+ guests and the service, food, set up, ambiance and every last detail was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to help manage last minute requests (flowers, placecards, etc.!). They did everything with a wonderful attitude and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel both for a stay or for hosting a special event. I would definitely go back."

Nothing really- all was great! There is no beach at the hotel (which we knew), but there are beaches close by.

"The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. The Supervisor and her staff at breakfast were very courteous and professional."

The patio and chairs on the balcony were very dirty. There should have been a small travel pack toothpaste and toothbrush.

"Beautiful area. Breakfast was included and a great selection. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was compact but had all necessary essentials. Pool area was great as well, mix of sun and shade. Decently walkable area, multiple restaurants are nearby, mall is maybe 10 min walk. cultural village is further but still walkable, can also access Sheba’s breast hike from there."

My gf slip and fell in the pool as the frame drain cover was broken in the middle.

"Amazing location, excelelnt staff, food was really up to standards and the beach is just amazing. They also provided us with a room to take shower on our day of leaving after a full day of beach and sunbathing."

Bed and pillows, especially pillows should be updated or provided with options. I ended up not sleeping most of the night. Plus there is a club next to the hotel and although I understand it is not their fault, it needs to be addressed. For the money we paid, it cannot be that sleep, which is the most important thing when staying in a hotel, is not comfortable.

"Beautiful beach and the surroundings/landscape of the hotel, spacious rooms, good facilities, friendly staff, good food. A very special mentioned goes to Betty, who made our room so special every day."

The rooms are very bland, there is no character to them at all, which was very disappointing given the price. The sunbeds could benefit from the upgrade.

Parking lots, there is no space for parking.

"The location is excellent, just a short walk to Skansin and Tinganes, making it a perfect base for exploring Tórshavn. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room only had a view of the rock wall in the backyard, so there wasn’t much natural light, but we didn’t mind. If you’re looking for better views, it’s worth booking an upgraded room."

Breakfast was good: not exceptional, but it had everything we needed to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The water in the showers could have been warmer.

The bathroom was cold in the morning but that is really a minor thing.

The soups could be done better. Supervisor to check food on display to be reimbursed. Our beds were two single beds which were too small in size.

I thought perhaps the restaurant menu was a little limited. The same soup every evening.
