"We had a very pleasant stay. The reception team was outstanding: Mesut welcomed us with tea, explained everything in detail, helped arrange transfers, and suggested several itineraries (always in a non-intrusive way). He speaks excellent English. Enes, was equally attentive and efficient, quickly resolving any issues (TV, hairdryer, etc.) and always checking that everything was fine. The housekeeping staff were consistently warm and friendly, and kept the room very clean without ever disturbing us. At breakfast, the lady was very kind and did her best to accommodate all our requests. The hotel is very peaceful, with a fantastic view and location, and is well suited for families with children."

"The buffet was amazing for both breakfast and dinner, the bed was huge and we slept like babies. We arrived at the hotel at 6AM and they were kind enough to check us in around 10AM free of charge."

We stayed in Doha during Ramadan and the hotel’s policy was not to serve drinks or eat outdoors until sunset. The staff was extremely polite about that, but for us, as tourists it was a bit unpleasant not to be able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace, in the warm sun.

Bed and pillows, especially pillows should be updated or provided with options. I ended up not sleeping most of the night. Plus there is a club next to the hotel and although I understand it is not their fault, it needs to be addressed. For the money we paid, it cannot be that sleep, which is the most important thing when staying in a hotel, is not comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was rich and tasty, with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the overall calm atmosphere and well-maintained facilities."

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and the stay was very comfortable.

"Very good location, in the city center. The check in was super easy and fast, all digital. Practical when you arrive late. The building is an old prison restructured in a hotel, it was interesting to see and experience."

The size of the room we had, was a bit smaller as imagined.

"The hotel has been refreshed recently, so common spaces and rooms were nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. The parking was limited but extremely convenient if you can get it."

"I really liked this hotel! While they were relatively small compared to the ones around it, the staff was really nice and kind, the vibe was really chill, perfect for a vacation."

Way too expensive for what is offered, having in mind the resort next door charges the same for all-inclusive. The dinner options (which was included in my rate) were also very limited, especially if you’re picky with food, or have some dietary restriction. The breakfast options were okay but nothing to rave about.

"Quiet location outside of downtown, comfortable room, accommodating and helpful staff at check in, ample parking. Had a very comfortable stay and a good sleep! Also really liked the filtered water station and glass refillable bottle instead of disposable plastic bottles of water - appreciated the eco-focus! It’s a long walk to the centre of town but a pleasant one (45-50 minutes) and we walked both ways for the exercise as we were beginning a long 37 hour journey home - but the hotel does provide a shuttle if you prefer that."

Only a small observation is that the hallways have different coloured spot lighting (purple green blue etc) which initially felt “cheap” or retro - like we were in a small town 1980s disco/motel. But it was just a stylistic choice/first impression that didn’t impact our stay and did not impact on the room or larger hotel grounds which were lovely.

Room was too small, and the older gentleman who checked me out was unfriendly and little sarcastic (unprofessional). Was little far from downtown.

"For the price they offer, the facilities are good. As a woman, I also feel safe there as they come with syariah concept. The breakfast was good enough. Not luxurious but proper with the price. Location is superb."

The hotel interior (especially the wall paint) may need some touch up, TV was not working well while we were there. Need little work there.

"The location was great for biking. The bike path runs across the street from the hotel. The grounds were lovely with the reserve in the back. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot choices. Perfect for fueling up for bike rides. Being able to rent a car on property was very convenient for exploring further out on the island."

Kitchenette and bathroom a bit dated but had everything we needed and it all worked Nice lap-pool and gym area.

"Thander served , she was exceptionally polite and had provided me with great customer service. Love the hotel location and the rooms is great for family’s. Clean sheets great AC and good maintenance in bathroom."

"The location is excellent, just a short walk to Skansin and Tinganes, making it a perfect base for exploring Tórshavn. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room only had a view of the rock wall in the backyard, so there wasn’t much natural light, but we didn’t mind. If you’re looking for better views, it’s worth booking an upgraded room."

Breakfast was good: not exceptional, but it had everything we needed to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

Decently walkable area, multiple restaurants are nearby, mall is maybe 10 min walk. cultural village is further but still walkable, can also access Sheba’s breast hike from there."

"Loved the small, boutique size of the resort. Bar staff very friendly, great snorkeling and beach. Great proximity to red hook and the ferry to St. John."

My unit needed softer pillows! Maybe just a few different types, usually I travel with my own so maybe that’s the easiest solution!

"The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The front desk staff was exceptional. Serhie was incredibly helpful in getting me a train ticket back to Poland. He was very patient and stayed late on a Friday evening to help me even though I'm sure he wanted to go home. The older male bartender was very friendly and kind. The food from the bar was good. I ate 2 or 3 meals at the bar. The breakfast was delicious and has really improved considerably since the last time I was here about 3 and 1/2 years ago when they had breakfast in the second floor bar area. It was very fresh and they had many options."

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Premier Hotel Rus has always been an outstanding hotel since I first started coming to Kiev in 2012.
