It is never fun to need to put toilet paper in the waste basket, but that's necessary, right? I cannot remember, but I think there was no guide to TV channels, which is something my husband likes. Again, not very important.

The birds shit around the place and along with that is a lot of flys but the service team are working hardly to clean it and daily spreading the pesticide.

"Absolutely loved this hotel !! If there was a rating beyond 5 stars, would have definitely given 5+ stars. The location was just perfect, just 2 mins walk from Kamala beach. The hotel staff was just so courteous, hospitality is exceptionally great. They make you feel at home. I forgot some stuff in the hotel room, the staff was just so kind and helpful, they mailed my package all the way to USA! The suite was amazing - luxurious, with ocean view and a relaxing plunge pool. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous, enjoyed the spread. Overall perfect in all aspects, excellent stay, recommended to all my friends."

Hotel is a bit outdated, but it is clean. WiFi didn't work well.

"We stayed in a lovely self contained unit with mini kitchen, a master bedroom, and a separate pull out in living room for our teenage son who tagged along. Wonderful to have the spaces functional and also separate. Both the living area and the bedroom have sliding doors to a huge ocean facing deck, the perfect spot to soak up a wonderful sunset. The decor is minimalist and fresh; aptly coastal in white and shades of blue. Unit was spotless!!!! Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating."

Property does not include beach towels but does provide pool towels. There is a bazaar next door where we found beach towels for the balance of our trip.

"First to start with the location, its in the center of zahle and close to everything; mini markets, restarurants, pubs, and all types of shops. Also close to the popular berdawni area. All are within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel management and staff were super nice and friendly. The value for the price paid was excellent."
