"Very friendly host (Jerry). Clean and good size room. Although we had booked the accommodation with the understanding that we had a private kitchen, we learned upon our arrival that it was a shared kitchen. In the end, the shared kitchen worked out fairly well for us."

No door between washroom and bedroom. Occasional barking dogs during the night. No desk in room (rather than baby crib). Some difficulty finding the exact location when arriving late evening.

"Hosts were super friendly, very helpful and kind. Silvio gave me a ride back to airport when I arrived and needed to pick up my partner (we traveled separately there). The house and the room were nice and clean, huge fridge and well equipped kitchen for the guests to use. Netflix with guest account in the room was a nice extra. Big terrace with sunbeds. The location itself was lovely, locals were friendly and helpful as well. Airport is very close, 40 mins walk or 6 mins with the car."

I know it's not the hosts fault, because there was an issue with the pool due the construction works in the neighborhood the time we're staying there and we couldn't use it. Would have been nice, because the pool itself is pretty big.

The shower and kitchen taps were taking a bit long to warm up. The bathtub hot water tap worked properly.

"I've had the most amazing and warmest welcome anyone could dream of , mama mireka is such a beautiful human , so kind and caring Her son engi and her daughter in law were so considerate and kind , brought me some breakfast and drove me to the airport as well as helped me sort out some issues I had with the airlines And they kept checking on me until I landed in my next destination The place was really nice and spacious and had all what one needs ... Highly recommend"

The room also was air-conditioned, which is a must in a country like Uzbekistan. The Wi-Fi was good enough as well. I am surprised that the hotel is so cheap relatively to other ones out there."

The only thing that slightly annoyed me on arrival was that there wasn’t an electrical socket right next to the bed, even though it did say that on the booking site. But that’s a small thing.

"Eenvoudig, maar praktisch ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken! Prima bed (niet zo breed) Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Super vriendelijke host!"

Als ik persé iets zou moeten noemen, is het het ontbreken van een kraan en wasbak in het keukenblok. Creatief met afwassen, door vullen van de aanwezige teil met de waterkoker, die je in de badkamer met een kommetje moet vullen, omdat hij niet onder de kraan past 😁 Maar goed, ik vond het zelf gewoon prima zo.

"Dudy was such a pleasure to stay with and I highly recommend booking with him. He graciously let me drop off my belongings early and pick them up after checkout so that I had extra time to explore the city. The room was spacious and I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. And what a beautiful garden! We had some great conversations about the plants that I was seeing and about his recommendations for the best things to do in the city. I was glad that I took his advice. Thank you so much for hosting me and making my trip wonderful!"

"Very comfortable, spacious, and private. Location was safe, gated, and welcoming. Sitting areas, balcony, and kitchen were available. The hosts were just simply AMAZING. We so enjoyed spending time with them and conversing as we were able. Issa welcomed us with a big smile and much kindness. They were also very helpful to us concerning food for our brief stay. We cannot recommend Issa’s House more highly. We loved it, and them."

"That’s amazing studio flat in a very nice hotel. It is sad that is sharing apartment, but you don’t share anything. You have your private bathroom, washing machine, private kitchen, private balcony, the only thing you share is one door to get to your flat. There are food shops and restaurants all around. Tram and bus stops very close. Metro station is about 1 km away, but you can take tram to get there, it takes two stops. Apartment was clean, nice clean white sheets, clean good towel, shampoo and hair conditioner. Security downstairs so you feel absolutely safe. Location is good for taking a walk by the marina to see yachts and a wonderful view to all buildings around. Wi-fi was good."

There is nothing in the kitchen, no spoons, no forks, no cups, no plates, absolutely empty. I had to buy a cup just to make coffee. Had to wait host for 1,5 hour. The main things to see are far away from the property, you need to take metro and ride 10-15 stops to see burj khalifa, the frame, future museum and ect. At least it’s one line. There was bad smell in the kitchen (can’t understand where it was coming from) had to keep balcony’s door open all the time. Very noisy street outside, cars and trams traffic all the time.

"We spent a week in Iceland and stayed in different locations throughout. Kosy Vik was by far our favorite. Our host was amazing, so friendly and kind. The space was just what we needed, and the location was perfect! Kosy Vik was able to accommodate us when the weather prevented safe travel back to Reykjavik. Hrund checked on us often, offering homemade treats, making recommendations of food and activities. It was truly a pleasure. Our next visit to Iceland will definitely include a stay at Kosy Vik"

"The host and her granddaughter who helped with my stay were amazing. The host picked me up in the city and brought me to St Marys and again to the airport in the morning. The traffic was terrible leaving Quito, I felt sorry for the host dealing with it. I was a little concerned that the dogs and other guests might continue making noise throughout the night but that wasn't the case. You are certainly aware of your proximity to the airport as you can hear planes over head. The 'village' is spotlessly clean and well maintained."

I wish there gad been an option to pay with credit card, but I get it.
