"The friendly staff. When problems arised, like we couldn't turn on the AC, or didn't get water in the shower, they helped us out swiftly."

They didn't clean the room while we were there, but waited until we left. It was only two nights, but anyway, we would have expected to get clean towels at least.

"I stayed at Little Garden House and found it to be a charming and comfortable place, especially suitable for cyclists or other travelers looking for a peaceful stop. The location was a bit tricky to find at first, but once there, everything went smoothly. The host was very friendly and welcoming. She gave a helpful introduction to the facilities, including the cabin itself, the kitchen, and the shower area. The small cabin was cozy and pleasant, and the kitchen and sauna/shower located in an old outbuilding were also perfectly adequate for my needs. Overall, a nice and practical accommodation option in a quiet setting."

Little bit of a walk from the center but is peaceful as a result

"We stayed in quiet bungalow with a couch, patio, and room to spread out. The manager drove us to the neighboring lodge for dinner and picked us up without charging. We scheduled an early ride to the airport with him and he was on time and his car was very comfortable. Namibia is pretty expensive and this place was pretty affordable which was very appreciated."

It’s clearly not at its prime anymore but for the cost it’s fine.

"Very good vibes in the heart of the forest. I recommend to utilize golf cars to help gusts to go up to the Main Street , also they have to bring card machines, food and beverages to be ordered from the cottage."

There are taxidermied animals all over the place, but I guess it goes with the hotel theme.

"The mountains scenery and the serenity of the place make Le massif de Laqlouq an ideal getaway. During our stay, we felt we are well taken care of; the staff was constantly checking upon us and assisting us with any request."

"A wonderful small house in a quiete place. Not a big one but equipped very well with all necessary kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a nice terrace outside with a barbeque place. Everything was very clean, the house is very cozy"

Don’t be deterred by the 1/2 mile dirt road leading to this gem, it’s worth it!

Precieux was super helpful with everything we needed, and they were flexible with our checkout and letting us leave our bags for the next day. It's not directly on the beach, but the property is lovely and the beach is right next door."

The property is up a very steep hill (but we knew this before booking) so you would definitely need a car to get there. It wasn't an issue at all for us, but is good to know before booking.

"Rosita, the innkeeper, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. She is a wonderful hostess. The inn is in a quiet location, close to the beach. The room came with a kitchenette."
