Resort Villages in Cameroon

"Peaceful location with a beautiful garden, spacious and comfortable rooms and very amazing hosts. They gave us tea and a bottle of their fantastic homemade lavender shampoo made from herbes harvested in the garden. It is a sustainable little paradise."

The window on the ceiling let in a little too much light, but this is only a problem on the bed below it (and it heats up the room very well during the day - which is crucial due to the cold nights).

"Het was een prachtig appartement met een adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen en zee. Alles wat we nodig hadden was al in het appartement. Zelfs zeep om een wasje te doen. Ocean was super behulpzaam met alles wat wilde weten. Absolute aanrader. Wij gaan sowieso terug komen!"

"A very silient and calm place. Claudio provides relyable and very helpful tips and helps in organizing trips that are not overrated. The staff ( Lizi) is very friendly and prepares perfect menues (breakfast and dinner)"

No ventilation in the accomodation.

"We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom a full kitchen a living room and an outdoor dining area and parking in a gated community. It was relatively close from airport and Otrobanda neighborhood and easy access to main roads to go to a new beach is day."

It is a tropical place so we had to put everything in the refrigerator because of tiny ants. We learned the hard way even after the property advice us about that.

It got a little warm in the cabin overnight, extra fans would have helped.

"The location is just outside of Portsmouth on a very quite beach with amazing snorkeling from the beach, just swim to the right of the old pier to access the coral reef. Air conditioning in the bedroom was very nice."

We were expecting the cottages to be a bit rustic, and they were. However, the tub/shower was in rough shape and the kitchen sink hot water handle was stripped so it took a bit to figure out how to turn it on. Minor issues really for all that was great about the location and property.

"One of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever been to!!! They thought about every detail. When you enters to the place, you will feel like you entered into the fairytale. Everything has been designed to fit with the nature and beauty of Bali. Hard to find the right words to describe how good this place is. The area is quite busy, there is a market across the street, and also a place with chicken food. Bali Bird Park and Zoo are near. The location is very good if you want to go to East Bali, visit some amazing waterfalls, or just enjoy and relax before you go to Ubud."

Perfect one, no complaints at all.

"This is truly a magical place. We had such a wonderful few days here. So much private access to nature including howler monkeys, sloths, dolphins, the coral reef right under the dock, bioluminescence, and more. It was incredible. Andrea is an amazing chef and was so thoughtful about our dietary restrictions. The loyal and lovely dogs were so fun to hang out with. This place is a blend of the rustic (screened in cabins with pee toilets and a walk to composting toilets), the prolific and preserved nature, and the luxuries of life (the exceptional food and beverage, lounging on the dock in a hammock, etc.). We absolutely loved our time at Cocovivo."

The bugs. No one's fault at all. The tiny no-see-ums ate us alive. So glad the screens on the rooms are so tightly knit so we didn't have any problems at all in our cabins.

"Excellent hospitality and a very warm welcome from Binni. The room was well maintained and clean. The location was excellent, just a few meters away from the cliff. Loved my stay there."

"We booked two apartments - a 3 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom. The 3 bedroom apartment had an ensuite in each room which we weren't expecting. The 1 bedroom apartment had a plunge pool which was a lovely surprise. Both apartments had very well appointed kitchens and tghe sea views were gorgeous. Having the bar and restaurant on the property was terrific."

Shopping facilities were a 10 minute drive away. A helpful hint - If you choose to use the regular bus service you have to buy an oyster card or similar which you buy from a local store (ask Seaview Lodge staff from where specifically). We tried to catch a bus but the driver didn't accept cash to go on the bus.

"因為沒住過露營車， 所以好奇心驅使住了一晚，雖然不大，但冰箱、電視、衛浴設備、吹風機、快煮壺、冷氣機（夠冷👍）真的蠻不錯的，下次一定要約好友再次入住、一起烤肉、歡聚。"

"The views were incredible. The pool was lovely and I loved the comfort of our little cabin. We spent most of the time outdoors near the pool or on our lovely isolated deck, so it never felt cramped or small."

It can be a bit intimidating getting up there in the rain, but go slow and it will be much easier the second time around.

"Отличная обстановка. Домики стоят квадратом, а в центре - беседки и детская площадка с батутом и качелями. В домиках туалет с душем и холодильник. Есть общая большая кухня со всем необходимым (чайники, микроволновка, плиты, вся нужная посуда, причем как среднего размера, так и большая, мы готовили с комфортом на 8 человек). Очень удивило, что к мангалам, которые возле беседки, на кухне есть шампура и решетки для гриля. Хозяева - это отдельная тема, всё время рядом, ОЧЕНЬ приветливые и отзывчивые, помогают с любой проблемой."

Отдых был немного испорчен холодными ночами. Домики летние, ночью было немногим теплее, чем на улице. Так, что или ориентироваться нужно на теплые ночи, или с собой одежду потеплее.
