"breakfast was delicious, the staff is wonderful. All the waiters, bartenders, cleaning ladies, receptionist... They all very professional and warn, always ahead of you."
Negative point:
"the only problem they cant fix and i is the "sargazo" the problem with the seaweeds.Also a big issue is the garbage on the beach; one day my husband and I took at least 5 kg of garbage. very sad."

"First of all, Daniel from the front desk absolutely made our trip on his own! So helpful and gull of great info! Great location and wonderful room! Porches in jungle rooms are huge and so are the bathrooms!"
