The room was not fancy but sufficient for 1 or 2 nights. Galle's heat and humidity combined with only fan made it uncomfortablr to sleep.

Views of the port from the terrace and right across the street from the bus station. Walking distance to shops and places to eat. Will stay again."

"The breakfast is personalized instead of a buffet. I didn't even have to request it. Soon after I sat at a table I was served by an ample sort of food. Local fruits, ham, cheeze, and more. I tried several kinds of brewed tea. For those that love lemon, I suggest to try the Chalela tea :). The location is slightly away from the city center, about 5 minutes from car. This both gave me a calm area for sleep and relaxation, and made it quick to get there whenever I needed, which suited my needs perfectly."

Electricity and air conditioning were sometimes not available because of the power outages but it is this way everywhere in Myanmar now.

The most important thing was that we were able to stay with our dogs. Also, there is a big clean garden to walk around.. There is a living room on the first floor with TV (if you want to watch it). "Well, totally different experience from Riga! This place is AWESOME as the staff. The lady who hosted us did a great and PERFECT job. We place is very well located, alogside the road, close to supermarkets and the castle ruins. The city centre can be acessed by a footpath uphill from the hotel on a pleasant walk. Bedrooms alright, very clean and organized with no problems at all. We liked so much, that we spent more time that we intended on the next city in a Wine Festival in Sabile that we decided to go back and stay one more night and with only 10 Euros more, they gave us an apartment with living room and kitchen. I wuosl easily go back and refer here. One of the best places on the trip! The city is not big and have not that much to visit but satying here, made everything much better and pleasant! And parking is right besides the hotel as well with plenty space and easy to use and access!"
