"Dudy was such a pleasure to stay with and I highly recommend booking with him. He graciously let me drop off my belongings early and pick them up after checkout so that I had extra time to explore the city. The room was spacious and I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. And what a beautiful garden! We had some great conversations about the plants that I was seeing and about his recommendations for the best things to do in the city. I was glad that I took his advice. "Roomy, bright, immaculately clean. Bulbul and her family were welcoming, helpful at every turn. They provided a delicious and hearty breakfast. We were treated to beautiful dombra music and the harmonious voices of family friends in a small concert the first evening."

"Everything was so clean, that was very nice. Additionally we got little small shampoo and other hygiene stuff in a little bag, that was cute. The room also was air-conditioned, which is a must in a country like Uzbekistan. The Wi-Fi was good enough as well. I am surprised that the hotel is so cheap relatively to other ones out there."

"Felex, Asinja and the kids were so welcoming! They cook delicious food with local produce. Felex is always up for a chat and coordinating a wonderful community project in the village. It’s a simple room but basic amenities, but a truly unique experience."

I liked it all!

"The place is a bit more than 1 km from the main road and it is easy to walk there. The room has comfortable bed, fan and also a table suitable for working. The hosts (2 sisters) are very kind. There is a takeaway food shop quite close (in front of the college)."

The wall between my room and room of the owner is from wood, so people can hear each other.

It’s just on 2nd bathroom the heater don’t work.

Managed to get a very good deal since it was booked last minute, only €22 for private room in Brno is a steal. Staff was polite and professional. Great experience!"
