No nite life, everything closed down with the sun.

The bedroom window only had a sheer curtain and faced east so we woke up very early each morning because of the sun.

"The breakfast is personalized instead of a buffet. I didn't even have to request it. Soon after I sat at a table I was served by an ample sort of food. Local fruits, ham, cheeze, and more. I tried several kinds of brewed tea. For those that love lemon, I suggest to try the Chalela tea :). The location is slightly away from the city center, about 5 minutes from car. This both gave me a calm area for sleep and relaxation, and made it quick to get there whenever I needed, which suited my needs perfectly."

The WiFi was not great at all, no WiFi in the rooms at all. The bar/restaurant in the evening was closed very early, with no facility to make a drink, not even drinking water in the room. If you do not have a car, I would not recommend staying here.

The hallways reeked of cigarret smoke and there's a gang of teenagers that congregate in back of the hotel late night... Convenient walking distance to old town, grocery and drug stores...

"Very clean property with a wonderful personable host. Had breakfast and dinner at the property and both were very satisfying. Wifi was excellent and the room was very adequate. Has a private parking lot that is secure."

Only the dogs barking at night which is not the fault of the property

В комнатах всё предусмотрено, но маленькое уточнение, в туалете отсутствует туалетная бумага , туалетное мыло , хотя мы всё взяли с собой , и вешалка для туалетной бумаги

It was very relaxing and as a short stay before a cruise it was perfect especially with all the beautiful peacocks!

Restaurant and bar closes early. For stay cation customers its kinda hard going elsewhere at late night. Have a 24hr Restaurant and bar.

"The hotel is in an area where it can be easily found, the staff was very prepared and friendly. And the food was also very tasty, the room very clean and with all the things that make the stay comfortable."

Electricity and air conditioning were sometimes not available because of the power outages but it is this way everywhere in Myanmar now.
