"Vibes were great, bathrooms were clean, laundry was efficient, and the staff was hella friendly. Great place to mingle too, and in a great neighborhood that was observing Ramadan at the time."

I stayed in the room at the very top of the building, so you could hear some kind of generator outside the walls the whole night. So there was some noise. Unsure if from inside or a neighbor.

Acoustics. You could hear everything. No AC in my room, but it wasn't necessary either as it was not a very hot day.

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the city center or the central train/bus station, the room was clean/comfortable, the guest kitchen upstairs had a really cool/pretty setup (along with everything you need to cook dinner), and the various common areas on the ground floor (including an outdoor courtyard) were comfortable and inviting. Different artists contributed to the design of each room, so they're all different, which is pretty unique! We stayed for 4 nights and found the space would have been suitable for either a shorter or longer stay."

It was a bit strange at first to be staying in a remodeled prison cell, but it's actually a really good idea for how to repurpose these spaces! There were only two toilets/showers in the women's restroom, which was fine for a stay in early March, but I could imagine there would be lines at a busier time of year. Our room had a round loft bed with ladders on both sides, which might not be suitable for someone with a fear of heights (but other rooms have a different setup).

"I stayed for 5 days and had a great experience. The room was clean and had hot water, which I really appreciated! While the location might feel a little far from the city center for some, it’s still walkable (about 20–30 minutes on foot), and it was perfect for me since I planned to travel by train later. I also needed to work for several hours and the wifi connection worked perfectly fine! The staff were incredibly supportive—helping with airport pick-ups/drop-offs and even recommending local restaurants. Breakfast was included and quickly became one of the highlights of my stay. I especially loved that it was served in a ger in the dining area—such a unique touch!"

"Our stay at this accommodation was fantastic. The staff was welcoming,always friendly and ready to fulfill our needs. The room was simple, clean,perfect ,the balcony as well, there we were delighted by the beautiful view of the city and mountains. The location was right in the heart of the city, close to all important places, you can almost be everywhere within a couple of minutes by walk. What impressed us was the value for money that this accommodation offers. For just 12.5 € per bed, you get far more than you would expect. This place truly provides a beautiful experience at an affordable price."

"It's a basic place, but nice. The bathroom is clean and functional (and great hot water). The bedroom is perfectly fine for a night or two, but would struggle with lots of packing and unpacking if you were staying a while. Owner is super super friendly and nice."

The bathrooms were a little messy and did not have great quality. Some parts were just dated overall. Not too much to complain about.

I did not like the fact that there was no bathroom in the dorm rooms. The toilets and showers were right next to the dorms but still, you had to go outside to get to them.

I didn't like that some guests were smoking in the public area, it's not possible according to the rules in the UAE. The washing machine and the fritz are sharing one plug, it's completely unbelievable why this Small problem was not taken care of a long time ago. The tap in the bathroom has a hole so the water is being sprayed all over the place. This is clearly a proof of bad leadership in this company when small things can't be fixed 😔 The staff Fayas is doing a good job keeping the place clean, and are always smiling 😊

"Absolutely loved my stay here! The ambiance is so serene! It's nice and quiet at night so you'll sleep peacefully. Location is great as it's located in the community area and not in the national park yet it's close to everything you will want to visit during your stay. I also love that they're so organised with tours they provided good information and hade competitive rates if not the best rates in the area. The service was on point from the moment I arrived until checkout. The food so delicious! I stayed in a cottage with a balcony, the view was super, I highly recommend those rooms. Thank you so much for having! I'll definitely be back"

"Riad is beautiful and is very comfortable with all kinds of amenities. You can easily spend the whole day inside if you wanna take a break from the hustle bustle. I took services like facial massage and full body massage. They were very well delivered. The staff is friendly and helping. Definitely recommend it."

Rooms on the lower floors can be slightly noisy since they’re right in from of the pool but the people were very respectful so didn’t have much trouble.
