"We stayed for one night as a family with 3 children. The place was amazing. Very cozy, very clean. Beautiful garden and hot tub. Highly recommend this place when traveling to the south of Iceland. The host also showed us two less touristic places with beautiful waterfalls and we enjoyed them very much! I wish we knew how great this place is, we wouldn't book other places."

"Truly a special place; owners are proud of this gorgeous, quiet spot and will give you a detailed tour of the many varieties of roses grown here. This used to be a school the owner once attended and has so much history. Fortunate to get to stay here!"

"We recently stayed at Eystri-Solheimar for 3 nights. The host Einar and his staff were extremely helpful, attentive, the room was very clean and spaceious, very quiet. The breakfast/coffee was nice. We would stay there again next time if we go. Btw, he can speak Chinese! We wish that we could have seen the northern lights, but that's not Einar's fault, he then sent me some spectacular pictures from his phone as a compensation. :)"
