"The property is beautiful, clean, and free from light pollution, yet still an easy and quick drive to the airport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a charming traditional feel. It has two lighthouses and a beach practically in its backyard, making it a perfect backdrop for viewing the Northern Lights. Although I had to leave very early—before breakfast service began—the staff kindly packed a to-go breakfast, which was a wonderful touch. Overall, this will be my go-to place whenever I want to stay near the airport."

"We recently stayed at Eystri-Solheimar for 3 nights. The host Einar and his staff were extremely helpful, attentive, the room was very clean and spaceious, very quiet. The breakfast/coffee was nice. We would stay there again next time if we go. Btw, he can speak Chinese! We wish that we could have seen the northern lights, but that's not Einar's fault, he then sent me some spectacular pictures from his phone as a compensation. :)"
