"Plenty of room for two people. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was excellent and the washer and dryer worked great. Parking was very easy. Lovely views of the ocean and of the city."

"If you’ve rented a car, this is a great location. You’re not in the city exactly but two seconds away and it’s a beautiful walk or bike along the coast the lighthouse and it’s Walker close by. There’s a lovely view from the bedroom out to the ocean, all of the appliances are perfect."

"The property is great. Google had a few issues figuring out the road. You turn off the main road onto the road that begins with an F and then take an immediate right onto the road that begins with an L to circle around to the house. The house is just below the top of the hill, which gives it the great view."

"The heating system wasn’t working well so the property was cold. Only one set of keys which was a little inconvenient if we wanted to do different things. We had a car, it is little far to explore on foot. Bus is convenient!"

"This is a wonderful place. Super clean and modern with everything you need to cook your own meals including dishes, pots pans, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, utensils, and spices. Just bring your own groceries. Wash machine, dryer, and dishwasher available. The bathroom has heated floors. The view is wonderful with a view of the water and Mount Esja. Parking on-site and free. Only a short distance from the city and the Grotto Lighthouse. I would not hesitate to stay here if I ever come back!"

"Loved the location being close to the city but also in a quiet area near the ocean. Lots of nice walking paths around. Kitchen was very equipped to make meals and everything was great. Would definitely stay here again."

"The great location, cleanliness, amazingly comfortable Ikea bed (yes, it was so comfortable and we slept so soundly, we HAD to know why), our kind and thoughtful host, the views, the heated floor in the bathroom, and even the smalll window vents (that we noticed seem to be typical of Icelandic homes) that let in just the right amount of clean, fresh air (so it wasn't really just the bed). I don't think either of us sneezed or felt even a bit congested the entire time we were there (4 nights!)."
