"Nice location, we saw the exact rainbow in the picture and the sunsetting there was perfect to watch. Enjoyed the town and walking trail, the new rainbow road was great for pictures. It is small but very comfortable. First time we have seen a TV in 2 weeks so that was fun."

"Easy to find with keys in the lockbox. Jon was great when we needed help, he came right away. The property is a newish trailer with everything we needed. Loved the electric fireplace, especially in the cold weather. Huge sectional couch. Great wifi. Great TV. Wish the weather was better so we could have enjoyed the deck with BBQ."

"The lounge area, the kitchen, and the outdoor space were the best aspects. Rooms and bathroom were small but serviceable. The inside was rather stylish, was not expecting that, pleasantly surprised!"
"It was warmer than usual weather on the day we arrived, and the sun had been beating down on the unit, making it quite warm inside. We opened windows, but were concerned about letting too many bugs in with us. We found the thin curtains behind the main ones, and deployed them, which helped. Would recommend a portable fan in the lounge to help create a breeze. Costco sells a “Woozoo” fan that would work well and is compact and rather inexpensive."

"We recently stayed at Eystri-Solheimar for 3 nights. The host Einar and his staff were extremely helpful, attentive, the room was very clean and spaceious, very quiet. The breakfast/coffee was nice. We would stay there again next time if we go. Btw, he can speak Chinese! We wish that we could have seen the northern lights, but that's not Einar's fault, he then sent me some spectacular pictures from his phone as a compensation. :)"
"Space enough for 3 luggage, shared kitchen is good to use and the goose and sheep and dogs and cats are just lovely and the sunrise and sunset view are definitely the highlight of this guesthouse!"
