"The apartment was perfect for us. We had a group of 3. The couple took the bedroom and single took the pullout bed. There was a closet for the traveler on the pullout bed to put her things. Plenty of closet space in the bedroom. The bathroom had a full washer and dryer. A balcony overlooking the harbor. It was very centrally located with parking in a garage on site. There is a full kitchen and you’re within walking distance from multiple grocery stores and restaurants and food halls. Very nice being so close to a Bonus (grocery store similar to Aldi) as food costs at restaurants in Iceland are very expensive. So having some snacks and breakfast at home was nice."

"Loved quiet neighborhood, how close to downtown that it was so easy to walk to and from everything we did (catching tour buses, going to museums, eating out at restaurants, going food shopping and even seeing Northern Lights from the city). Beds were also very comfy. We took car service to and from airport, so we didn't have a car."

"There are not many locations in this area of Iceland since it's in the highlands, but this filled our needs perfectly and exceeded those expectations. Going in, I was expecting this to be more barebones, but the facilities were well above anything you could achieve with camping and was well worth it for our journeys. We got lucky that the place wasn't full, so we got to have a room for just the 2 of us when normally it would be max 4 people. The common areas are big and comfortable since the place holds a lot of people at max capacity. It was cool to learn that the place only hosts guests for ~2 months and then is used as a lodge for the local sheep herders to gather their livestock up for the winter."
