"This place is simply amazing, what stands out is the attention to detail and the magical garden with pool. Highly recommend it for you nature lovers. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. There is plenty of parking space, a bakery and exquisite french restaurant just around the corner. Pro tip: watch your step when going to the pool, turtles are sometimes patroling the area."

What was there not to like?

"Location is good but not excellent,lots of light around it’s impossible to take pictures of Milky Way. Not so clean but with this price, you can’t ask more. The host provides free pickup and drop off services from tourist centers and 1918 train stations."

"The scenery on top of the high hills is much more beautiful! Afternoon a natural silence and peaceful atmosphere is created. I like it very much. I decided to go again."

Liked everything. But the height of this hill is a bit high so I would suggest that one should not take the elderly.

"We just had a 3 night stay here. The cottage is very unique - little rustic with a lot of character . We enjoyed the full kitchen and were able to cook great meals and enjoyed eating outside on the large wrap around deck. You feel like you’re in a treehouse and very secluded. Yet you’re very close to the beach and town. We loved the big spacious bathroom and having hot water was a bonus! Jac-Luc was a great host and communicated well ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed. We felt it was great value for money and would recommend and we’d stay again."

"The owners are really nice and even take the time to take my son around to see the farm animals The bungalows are super spacious, clean and comfy with everything you need inside. The terrace with the outside kitchen is great to cook and relax"

Everything was fine!

"Wonderful hosts, a delicious breakfast, a perfect location, a comfortable room, and stunning views - everything about our stay was excellent. Overall, a relaxing and fantastic experience!"

The only small downside were the pillows, which were a bit higher than we’re used to, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience.

"My sister and I arrived late (maybe 10 PM) after our car broke down. Most of the staff had left for the day. We were shown to our room which had one king bed which wasn't what we ordered. We tried to explain to the worker we wanted two beds. He didn't speak much English but was able to get a hold of the owner who was still on site and he upgraded us to the superior room with two beds for free, which was very nice. The rooms are much more comfortable than most hotels in Madagascar. The property is gorgeous, and the food was excellent. We enjoyed wandering the grounds of the property after a day of exploring Isalo National Park."

Very expensive by Malagasy standards.

Close to the main road but not much traffic at nigh + need to walk to the a little to shower & toilets.

"Very good vibes in the heart of the forest. I recommend to utilize golf cars to help gusts to go up to the Main Street , also they have to bring card machines, food and beverages to be ordered from the cottage."

"The staff is so friendly! Was really a lovely experience. We only stayed one night to extend on the island , but It was one of our favourite experiences with the owners. Their kindness is so refreshing. The bungalows are basic, the bed is so comfy. It really gives you jungle beach vibes. Also try their coffee, best cappuccino ever. Double shot and the froth is on point. We even ran into the owners in Ranong coming off the slow ferry and they offered us a ride to our hostel. It really just made us so happy! I wish them all the luck with this new project of theirs. They have only really been actively open a total of 5 months!"

A little further from the beach but if you ride a scooter you are fine. 16 minute walk to one beach and the rest are about 40-45 minutes in each direction walking! Food not too far!
