"Cozy, immaculate cottage with a great view. Fabulous hosts who were very accommodating. Great location in the middle of Castries and Rodney Bay. Short walk to the beach."

Construction work going on next door but that was not the owners fault.

"Great for family, location was great all shopping center close by, supermarket and Mall. It felt like home l."

The wifi service wasn't not getting it in the apartment have to go out side.

The other villa R3 was not bad just that it could use some improvements in the spare bedrooms

It would be great if there was an option to pay for lunch and dinner at the property. This way I would avoid the center of the city and the crowd completely 😄

Sometimes the water didn’t work. There were large black wasps making a nest in the washroom.

"Room well decorated, staff hospitality was awesome as the owner offered herself to drive us to the local restaurant in the first day because we had no car that day. The pool area is very nice, breakfast was ok and the place is very calm."

Some of the service providers attitude especially at the front desk in the kitchen. The lady was not kind at all and she behaved in haughty manner, just to hand over a bill. When I took dinner I asked for the bill with the man but it didn’t come, in the following morning I had to check out. I went to the reception in the morning and said I have a bill. The lady at the reception called to ask for my bill and it didn’t come. I went back in my room to take my luggage then the lady in the kitchen wanted me to handle the bill I couldn’t I had things in all my hands then I asked my daughter to take the bill! I found this attitude really insulting to me. Real lack of respect! Anyway…

Zimmer und Spielplatz sehr veraltet Dusche Renovierungsbedürftig leider keine Kochmöglichkeit die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Zimmer den ganzen Tag im Schatten es gibt Ruhe Zeiten

"Perfect place to stay on the lake with a very nice host family. You can organize your visits with them. Very clean and large room, balcony to enjoy sunset and sunrise. Excellent and generous breakfast, same for dinner."

Nothing really, but of course this is not the place to stay if you are looking for hotel services and European style food.

"I enjoyed the quiet, hilltop location with views of the sea. I loved all the plants, the hammock in front of the cabin and the cabin itself. Very simple set up which I enjoyed."

Our clothes were beautifully washed. We would be happy to stay here again. Comfortable beds and nice view from the balcony."

Very little really. The set up of the bathroom made it that everything got wet but we didn’t feel it was a problem, especially as there was plenty of warm water at all times and the water pressure was good.

Everything was fine!

"We stayed in quiet bungalow with a couch, patio, and room to spread out. The manager drove us to the neighboring lodge for dinner and picked us up without charging. We scheduled an early ride to the airport with him and he was on time and his car was very comfortable. Namibia is pretty expensive and this place was pretty affordable which was very appreciated."

It’s clearly not at its prime anymore but for the cost it’s fine.

"Beautiful surroundings, so calm. The host is incredibly helpful and kind. This refuge is his personal project, and you can see his passion. The surrounding villages are small but lovely to walk through. There are nice hikes possible, including to the peak of Mount Agou, the people on the paths will kindly guide you to your destination. They are truly kind."

The location on the map is slightly off, ask for a pin before you arrive to make sure you find the right place!

There are taxidermied animals all over the place, but I guess it goes with the hotel theme.

"The staff are good. They can pick you up from airport, though in Niue you really had better rent a car! Kitchen had enough tools to cook with. Bathroom had all one needs. Walking distance from food, bank. You can befriend other guests, if you are lucky!"

Bring an outlet converter with USB ports, or you won't be able to recharge your phone and use the fan at the same time.

"The friendly staff. When problems arised, like we couldn't turn on the AC, or didn't get water in the shower, they helped us out swiftly."

They didn't clean the room while we were there, but waited until we left. It was only two nights, but anyway, we would have expected to get clean towels at least.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and we slept incredibly well. What really made our stay special was the owner going the extra mile by helping us plan an itinerary for things to do in the area. Thanks to that, we had an amazing time and truly made the most of our visit. We can highly recommend Bertos Lodge and would definitely stay here again!"

The property is up a very steep hill (but we knew this before booking) so you would definitely need a car to get there. It wasn't an issue at all for us, but is good to know before booking.

"The scenery on top of the high hills is much more beautiful! Afternoon a natural silence and peaceful atmosphere is created. I like it very much. I decided to go again."

Liked everything. But the height of this hill is a bit high so I would suggest that one should not take the elderly.

"Short distance walk to town, great service, friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable and clean room has TV, A/C and good hot shower. Would definitely recommend it.Thank you !!"

"The room was comfortable, and discreet. Felt like a little retreat once you got inside and closed the door. Plenty of food and restaurant options very close by with busy stops about 5 mins away. All in all a great room for seeing the city on your own time. The host also is very prompt with communication and even helped me with some trouble of a left behind item!!"
