"The Hotel has a very modern design, the room wasn't extremely large but it was very well decorated, with fine details. Bathroom is outstandingly comfortable. The whole corridor is dark blue based with abstract painting on walls, very harmonious design. I was on 18th floor, the room service staff was particularly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Lisa. I have been to my fair share of hotels to know when the service distinguish itself."

"Staff from the receptionist to the house keeping lady are super helpful and friendly. They called a taxi for me early in the morning when I got ill and needed to go to the hospital. They handled my luggage with care and kept it in storage free of charge after I checked out. They answered my request for additional toiletries and garbage disposal immediately. Rooms are a bit small but kept clean and everything is in good working order. Towels and bedsheets are immaculate. Prime location. Literally located on one of the busiest and most decorated streets in Macau, with good restaurants and shops for souvenirs. 3 minutes walking to the most iconic landmark of Macau, the ruins of St. Paul’s church. But above all, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is the secret sauce that makes this place remarkable."
