"Amazing view from pool and breakfast area. Pool is clothing optional. Owner and host Victor is extremely attentive and personable. He’s created an intimate and amazing space ((8 beautiful rooms). My wife and I were probably the only first timers there. Most guests book there long term stays months in advance and enjoy the magic year after year. No AC, but property doesn’t need it as it perfectly captures sea breezes. Breakfast was fantastic and varied every day of our 5 day stay. Staff is very sweet and efficient. If you want resort style amenities look elsewhere. If you want magic come here."

"Beautiful ocean views, trees and flowers throughout the property. Close to a beach and within walking distance to Zipolite. The daily breakfast is delicious."

"So gorgeous- and we had it all to ourselves. Amazing breakfast each morning and it was a different Mexican specialty each time. The vistas from the pool and every balcony were incredible. The property was clean and the amenities were perfect. The host was so warm and accommodating to any of our needs. Highly recommend"

"The only downside was the amount of stairs to get there- was not a problem for me but others in my group lost motivation to go to the beach because of the climb. Also it was muggy so having another fan in my room could have helped but I also didn’t ask and I’m sure the host would have provided."
