"Clean and comfortable. There were always staff at the desk and were very friendly and attentive, ready to help. Coffee and pastries were set out every morning. Wifi was good. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Zocolo."

"It's just what you need in a great location and within walking distance of everything downtown. It's clean and they provide hot coffee, tea and bread in the mornings. The shower size, pressure & temperature are very good. But what makes this place shine is the staff. They're trustworthy, caring, helpful, and friendly. One of the front desk staff members who stood out to us is Andres. They're all nice and have great follow-up on everything, but he was our go-to. He always smiled and was happy to assist and was an excellent resource. Also, it's extremely helpful that credible tour services are available for booking through the hotel. The tour services we booked through the hotel were of very good quality, trustworthy, reasonably priced, with a great combination of destinations, and they pick you up at your hotel."
