"Bets are squeaky, rooms are not sound proof, clean over all but dusty in some corners. Gym has very few equipment that seems old. Treadmill stopped working very 2 minutes and some of the other equipment with weights didn’t work at all."

"My stay at Hotel La Joya was absolutely perfect. It was my first time to Pachuca and only for one night to attend a concert. The room was quite spacious and clean, the adjacent store and restaurant are fantastic and open late. But it was the staff at the hotel that made my stay memorable. Try as I might I still cannot converse very well in Spanish. Their kind effort and attention to my inquiries about transportation to/from the concert and help they granted me made my trip there a success. Having a Starbucks right across the street is surely an added bonus."

"The hotel was so nice and location was perfect that we actually added two more days to our stay. .The two extra days that we added included breakfast. Their breakfast was delicious. The personnel in general was super attentive and courteous. I highly recommend La Jolla."
