"The room service was terrible; the fries were cold, stale, and dry. There was a weird step to get into the bedroom, which I tripped over twice, once spilling all the room service food I was holding. Room service told me it would be a 1.5-hour wait. Very few people spoke English, even when there was an English menu for room service. The outdoor patio was the ONLY place to eat breakfast, and it rained every day of our trip. Even though there was an awning protecting us from most of the rain, it was still unexpectedly chilly."
