"Overall this was a pleasant experience. The “front desk” staff was outstanding and the location is good. The housekeeping staff was top notch. Our room was perfect every time we returned."
"I wish the room had a refrigerator. It’s tough to not have any way to cool food or drinks. The balcony we had was very small - no room to sit down, and barely enough to stand."
"The location is very good. Room service was tasty as well. Our shower door wouldn’t completely shut so it would get our bath mat very wet and that wasn’t very comfortable. Also, our plane arrived 1am and before departing I received the message that if we got there after 2:30am our reservation would get cancelled?! That was disappointing, fortunately we made it in time but does that mean that if there had been a delay we would’ve lost the reservation?! Receiving that message made me lower the score from 10 to 8."

"I would like to have eaten at the restaurant to not go out but the menu didn’t look appealing. However I really enjoyed the breakfasts. Coffee throughout the property was appalling but I just went to the boutique coffee shop around the corner which was of the same standard as boutique coffee shops is London (Gamme and Estacion 72 with the latter doing breakfast too)."
