Positive point:

"I had a great time staying here. The hotel provides pick-up from Beppu station as it locates far from main town. But just a 20’ drive. Not bad. The place is not big, but room is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Room has basic amenities but is clean and warm. The in-room onsen offers privacy and comfort. The food is superb. Meal is very delicious: breakfast and dinner. Each meal always keeps you full until the next. So much food. But the highlight would have been the staffs. They are exceptionally friendly and welcoming of guests. Always smiling and helping with everything you possibly need. I would definitely recommend you to stay 2-3 nights to enjoy the most of the place, and the town."
