"We found this place by chance. We needed a place to stay as our reservation for Bukhara found our primary choice unavailable. We certainly could have stayed here as it turned out to be a great alternative. What made it positive was the staff who were helpful and wanted to have us enjoy Bukhara. Breakfast was sumptuous, served on time and with staff attending to every need."

"The location is absolutley top, about 25 meters from a central square, and still quiet as it is just around the corner. It is familyrun, basic, but good price quality!"

"The staff is extremely warm, nice and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, it is a 30 second walk to the Labi Hovuz area and close to every other attraction old Bukhara has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel is housed in a very beautiful building. The rooms are spacious, clean. The interior court looks amazing; it was the most beautiful hotel I had stayed in in Uzbekistan."
"I was unable to pay with my card (the staff informed me it wasn't working, although I suspect they prefer cash payments). Strangely enough, they requested more local currency than the equivalent amount in Euros that I was supposed to pay. When questioned, they said it's a tourism fee (a charge we never paid anywhere else). Initially, I had booked a pick-up car from the train station but when reminded on the day of our arrival, they informed me that it was too late as per their driver (we arrived by train at midnight). It would have been nice to know this in advance. The lady who managed the breakfast area ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a good stay, but you need to make sure you bring cash."
