Villas in the Democratic Republic of Congo

"Zenith is FABULOUS. The staff...especially Raj went above & beyond basic service. Very helpful w/transportion from St Kitts to Villa. Also w/resturant selections."

Not much. I wish there was another bath/halfbath

"It was calm and on the beachfront. Checkin was smooth. Has multiple things to keep kids engaged, Some facilities paid and others free. Location also has small grocery store."

There was problem with Internet connection.

The food and beverages menue needs to contain more varieties and the menue prices need to be revised to become reasonable.

"The space was beautifully decorated and brought character and aliveness. great location and our property manager was extremely accommodating."

The toilet seat was broken, however, our property manager replaced it within minutes from our reaching out. the space referred to as an additional sleeping area didn’t have air conditioning and wasn’t comfortable but compared to the general experience, was a minor inconvenience and I’m only mentioning it to know what to expect. we loved our time and enjoyed the space overall.

"Everything is perfect, the villas are so new and well equipped and decorated. Sofia - Cousine Chef - and Marie - our main contact - were incredible since the begging. They do all for us to fell more comfortable. Levi is the bast from finish Lapland. Weather is perfect, the Vila is surrounded by nature and super calm but still central place. 1000% worth"

Nothing, is was everything amazing

"The house was very spacious with 4 en-suite bedrooms. The location was great because it was not too far from the attractions in Kigali. It was also very safe because there were security guards 24 hours."

The interior of the house was very bare and there was no attempt to make it homely. Basic necessities like dishwashing soap and sponge was not provided, neither was hand washing soap in the bathrooms. Toilet paper provided was the leftovers from previous guests with no spares. Most of the sinks in the bathrooms did not drain properly. With little enhancement this would be a great accommodation. I still recommend it despite the issues outlined above.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"The property was spacious, and well laid out. The pool was awesome as was the staff. Lindrey was an amazing chef who catered to our needs. Our rooms were always spic and span and it was a bonus to have our laundry done daily. We will definitely be back!"

There was no parking available at our arrival. We didn't knew it needed to be reserved in advance. But very helpful staff helped resolve this small problem pretty fast.

Maybe a bit cold, but there was a fireplace that solved the situation mostly.

"The house is spacious, offering plenty of room for large groups. The kitchen was clean and relatively well-equipped, and the beds were a good size with firm and comfortable mattresses. Although the location is not very central, it was easy to get around by taxi."

Thee check-in experience was disappointing. We had to wait for 30 minutes before we could access the house. I strongly recommend calling the host in advance to agree on an arrival time, as the communication through booking.com was not properly acknowledged. Additionally, the Wi-Fi quality was poor, and the internet connection was unreliable throughout our stay.

"The host was lovely so helpful he even brought us grapes .He arranged all transfers and was always around to help if needed and always stopped to have a chat as he lives in properly next door .such a lovely man"

Not having a pool

"Great location with stunning views from the first floor and second floors. Stylishly furnished, nice layout inside with lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen. Pool is a few steps from deck surrounded by lush garden. Two staff very friendly and helpful. House feels private from the beach but is only a few steps from the beach. Peaceful and quiet area. A short walk to the The Deck bar and Bemugis restaurant if feeling social."

"It's a really lovely place. Not so close to the main so you'd have to ask the owner to get help with a taxi. Host lives downstairs so if you need something someone is already there. It's design is spectacular."

Nothing about the place I didn't like.

Only issue was the microwave plug in kept tripping and sometimes could not be reset but was not an issue as another plugin was very accessible.

"Everything about this property is exceptional. The minute you open up the front door you know you are staying in a very special place. The view from every window is spectacular. The decor is beautiful. The beds are extremely comfortable. Every little detail has been thought of. Our hosts were great. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Hoping to return so we can do it all over again."

Nothing. The only minor issue was it was the time of the year when we could have used a fly spray but we managed well without it.
