That Booking.com is proposing a property which is not available before April 2026. By doing so, I could have ended up on the island of Bequia on a Sunday night with nowhere to sleep.

La sig.ra Gina incarna l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza che ogni ospite desidera ricevere; empatica e mai invadente, generosa nel donarsi, attenta e cordiale. "Shanti and her family are possibly the kindest, sweeting hosts I have ever met. They cared so much, always pleasant and surprising us with a fresh coconut or a little Sri Lankan dessert treat. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and Shanti and family always eager to clean it for our benefit. The hot shower was wonderful, and the little balcony for morning meditation. With a moto (cheap), everything was easily accessible - beaches in five minutes, Grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. The place felt 100% safe, with a locking gate at night. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you!"

There is a hotel down the street that plays music all night on Sundays. It was not our wonderful hosts' fault, but still annoying.

No good option to walk to beach as main road is busy and no bike lane. Small windows don’t let one feel/see the nice area/surrounding.

Nothing. Had to walk up a couple flights of stairs - and I’m not used to the altitude, but that’s not the property’s fault.

"The village is very peaceful with many good places to eat. The apartment is in the perfect spot and specious enough for 4 people to hangout. It's situated a short drive from many good beaches and attractions."

"Very nice place and very nice host. The place is close to Visitors center of Petra. The appartment is nicely furniture in quiet part of town. There was no problem with communication, the host was always available via whats app. We were delighted when the owner brought us delicious traditional dinner last evening, which was not included in the price. We would definitely use the services again in the future. Thank you again. I recommend :o)"

The shower has a very weak pressure. But this is problem is in most hotels and accommodation facilities. A possible problem could be in the summer time when it is hot that the air conditioning is only in the master bedroom.

The staircase gaurd in the townhouse was made of glass that didn't feel secure.

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

"A lovely island of peace and tranquility in an otherwise busy Moroni. If it’s available on your dates, you’re in luck—don’t hesitate. This is by far the best you can get in this price category in the area. It’s a family-run guesthouse, and the owners do a great job maintaining a high standard, with uninterrupted water, electricity, and internet, which is not a given on the island. The décor is very attractive, especially in the restaurant area—you’ll be amazed."

"On arrival 'Grandad' greeted us with a smile and a cup of 'ginger tea' 😊 The location is peaceful and on the edge of the forest. Only 15mins walking to seven eleven, shops, etc. The room was comfy and clean. Good value too. Bed was super comfy soft to firm! Easy to safely store our bicycles 🚴🚴 A great place to visit and Grandad may also show you around his collection of antiques. HIGHLY recommended 👌"
