"Fantastic accommodation,, we stayed in an apartment which had lots of space, was lovely and warm and included breakfast every morning in the hotel.. would definitely recommend and hope to returns"

"The location and the pool. There sauna is not working anymore and that’s sad because they used to have a nice spa. I learned that you can still book a massage. I like that they keep the parking free for costumers! Please do not change that."

Some details need to be changed, seams old. The shower was small for my husband and there was only one bottle of water inside the friedge ( we booked for 2 people). They charge me a security fee but there is nothing inside the room to eat. All those things are wired.

"The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a central location. The shower is wonderful as is the cleanliness of the entire room. Ibis and Jesus at the front desk are very helpful and welcoming."

"For the price they offer, the facilities are good. As a woman, I also feel safe there as they come with syariah concept. The breakfast was good enough. Not luxurious but proper with the price. Location is superb."

The hotel interior (especially the wall paint) may need some touch up, TV was not working well while we were there. Need little work there.

What’s not to like!?

"The hotel has a great location in a quiet area, yet close to the city center. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good sound insulation. The staff was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was rich and tasty, with a good variety of options. I also appreciated the overall calm atmosphere and well-maintained facilities."

Nothing significant. Everything met our expectations and the stay was very comfortable.

"The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The front desk staff was exceptional. Serhie was incredibly helpful in getting me a train ticket back to Poland. He was very patient and stayed late on a Friday evening to help me even though I'm sure he wanted to go home. The older male bartender was very friendly and kind. The food from the bar was good. I ate 2 or 3 meals at the bar. The breakfast was delicious and has really improved considerably since the last time I was here about 3 and 1/2 years ago when they had breakfast in the second floor bar area. It was very fresh and they had many options."

There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Premier Hotel Rus has always been an outstanding hotel since I first started coming to Kiev in 2012.

"Wonderful view. Clean comfortable rooms with all the amenities we needed. Lounging area was great to relax after a busy day. Staff was very attentive and helpful for anything we needed. The restaurant on the hotel grounds was great!"

"We had a very pleasant stay. The reception team was outstanding: Mesut welcomed us with tea, explained everything in detail, helped arrange transfers, and suggested several itineraries (always in a non-intrusive way). He speaks excellent English. Enes, was equally attentive and efficient, quickly resolving any issues (TV, hairdryer, etc.) and always checking that everything was fine. The housekeeping staff were consistently warm and friendly, and kept the room very clean without ever disturbing us. At breakfast, the lady was very kind and did her best to accommodate all our requests. The hotel is very peaceful, with a fantastic view and location, and is well suited for families with children."

My unit needed softer pillows! Maybe just a few different types, usually I travel with my own so maybe that’s the easiest solution!

"Mercure is just a short drive away from the airport and we went with a transfer booked through Booking.com to making going to and from the airport streamlined. Check-in was quick and easy the staff were friendly and food was reasonably priced at the restaurant. The room was clean and the pool was great for the hot and humid weather. It was also close to supermarkets, movies and other restaurants which served a variety of food."

The bathroom felt a bit outdated.

We did not have hot water the first night. The second day it came, but it was always either very hot or very cold.

"Love Esch sur sure. Hotel had a great vibe, lots of old world charm, the 2 mannequins are both a bit freaky and funny. Odd item to come across . Chatty nice staff. Sauna & steam a welcome thing to visit after a long drive."

Breakfast room a little confusing as no one about to to ask where things were. In a different room and a bit here & there.

"The location was great for biking. The bike path runs across the street from the hotel. The grounds were lovely with the reserve in the back. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot choices. Perfect for fueling up for bike rides. Being able to rent a car on property was very convenient for exploring further out on the island."

No other restaurants within walking distance.

"Pool, gym and sauna were very good, breakfast options are limited but met our expectation. close to mountains and weather was quite good. highlight of this stay was waking distance till terenkur lake with walking area, was quite pleasant."

bathroom was little cold and fans are bit old, breakfast a bit limited for this price range. not so many options of shops and restaurants near by.

"I was in Atlas Hotel. It’s really great. - The hotel provides 24 hours coffee, tea and water. It helps a lot when the weather changes. - The staffs are so nice and always willing to help. They speak English fluently. - The room is clean. Worth for money. - The location is close to the airport. Very easy to get there. I recommend to book this hotel when you are searching for the place to stay in Dushanbe."

"Paradise Beach hotel location was perfect. Right on the beach .close to the airport and Kingston. The hotel has a restaurant and bar which was great. Service was awesome and employees are courteous and helpful. Geraldine in customer service is the best .very friendly and helpful me tremendously ."
