"Super friendly and nice owner! I contacted Sifa via WhatsApp and his response was very fast. He picked me up at the airport even at 2am, and showed me around the quiet city, quickly. He was very helpful to bring me to the SIM card shop and the market on the next day:)"

basically, nothing. Maybe, the room can be darker at night (I prefer a dark room to sleep).

"Clean and beautiful property. Well maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked. Views were gorgeous! Host was extremely kind and helpful. It was a dream villa in the middle of the mountains."

There were also a lot of facilities available in the garden, like a grill and outdoor seating, which we did not get to use because of our short stay. Additionally, the owners were very friendly."

It is a little bit away from the town, but that is no problem if you have a car, which you can park for free at the property.

"Really cozy home, with a green yard and quite surroundings. Great host Uliana was very friendly, and gave us great advice for travel in the area. The entire family was super friendly. The location is great for exploring the surroundings of Kutaisi, and very near to Tsqaltubo places of interest. Nice restaurants and bakeries within a short drive. The house (apartement) itself is very spacious, with comfortable beds, bathrooms, shower and kitchen. Washing machine was very handy. Uliana also does tour guiding, and provides cooking classes. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer!"

Everything was great!

"Beautiful, well kept, and clean, and spacious rooms. Strong WiFi signal throughout. Location is convenient for visiting nearby cities by car. Breakfasts were high quality and fresh."

The only inconvenience was the occasional fly or mosquito, though these are hard to avoid in the country during the summer.

"The hosts, the place itself with a dog Gigi, and the surroundings are just great and it feels very peaceful. We appreciated kind hospitality, local foods, and delicious homemade breakfasts. On top of that, you can taste their own wines and spirits. Rooms were spacious and the A.C. worked incredibly. If you are looking for a calm place to unwind I highly recommend to try this. Thank you, we will most likely be back!"

"We booked it based on the location right on the river and the views of the tombs which did not disappoint. It is right near the main strip and close to everything. The staff are super friendly and we played backgammon and chatted with the owner a lot. He was very helpful with setting up our boat trip and offering fishing rods for our two boys. The rooms are very small but you only need them for sleeping since we spent most of the rest of our time in the common area by the river."

"Spacious, clean, no need for an ac because it was cool enough to sleep. Very nice terrace. Apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. The pool is a pretty nice addition, we enjoyed it very much."

"Very good location. Close proximity to the Hill of Tara and other sites as well as towns and villages in the area. Excellent accommodation, very clean. Attentive and accommodating stuff on site. We were moved by a thoughtful details like a welcoming gift basket with fresh eggs, milk, butter and other goodies. The owners also equipped the property with all the necessities required for a comfortable stay, like an umbrella, picnic basket, and other lovely things. We felt welcomed and would certainly love to come back and stay at decoy cottages again. The local kitty Rona stole our hearts. Totally welcoming, beautiful ginger lap kitty!"

A bit more natural light in the Tack Room would not hurt. The rooms, while cozy appeared to be a bit dark. Perhaps throwing ambient floor lamps or wall chandeliers would be a good idea.

"It is located on a beautiful, quiet site, very near the main road and located close to interesting attractions. It is rustic and simple but clean and cozy. The owners Tutu and Tando and their son Zoo were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, we love them so much. The food in their little restaurant is GREAT! Try the ox tail!!"

It was very difficult to balance the hot and cold water making it tough to have a comfortable shower. In rural Africa this is forgivable.

"The home is in great shape and is easily accessible. Check-in and check-out was well laid out in advance. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook meals and store drinks during our stay. Having the AC in the room was a life-saver!"

Some basic kitchen amenities like paper towels and trash bags were not provided or incorrectly sized. Trash bins (inside and outside) were sometimes over-full due to the nature of the shared space.

"A little oasis in its rural setting, the swimming pool is the feature that makes this hidden gem exceptional. The little room was clean and hot water was plentiful. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and it was good to see them again."

The fridge in the room leaked overnight.

"Nice family :) Aku speaks english very well and she could explain a lot of things about Kirguis life. She also prepared a delicious plov for us. I keep a very nice feeling from this accommodation, really special connection. I would maintain the contact with Aku for sure!!!"

Maybe at the entrance gate. It's not low car friendly as such. But I am sure it's part of the renovation.
