"Peaceful location with a beautiful garden, spacious and comfortable rooms and very amazing hosts. They gave us tea and a bottle of their fantastic homemade lavender shampoo made from herbes harvested in the garden. It is a sustainable little paradise."

The window on the ceiling let in a little too much light, but this is only a problem on the bed below it (and it heats up the room very well during the day - which is crucial due to the cold nights).

It got a little warm in the cabin overnight, extra fans would have helped.

"Stylish apartment with very modern bathroom on campsite grounds. Beautiful location with the possibility to go on hikes right from the property. Kind people at the reception desk."

There was a recurring sound in/outside our apartment, which we suspect was the outdoor surveillance camera that was connected to the wall of our apartment. Because it was so quiet apart from this sound, it bothered us. Also the light sensor in the bathroom would switch off during showers so you’d have to get out of the shower to turn the lights back on. Apart from these small inconveniences it was a really comfortable stay.

"The views were incredible. The pool was lovely and I loved the comfort of our little cabin. We spent most of the time outdoors near the pool or on our lovely isolated deck, so it never felt cramped or small."

It can be a bit intimidating getting up there in the rain, but go slow and it will be much easier the second time around.

"This is truly a magical place. We had such a wonderful few days here. So much private access to nature including howler monkeys, sloths, dolphins, the coral reef right under the dock, bioluminescence, and more. It was incredible. Andrea is an amazing chef and was so thoughtful about our dietary restrictions. The loyal and lovely dogs were so fun to hang out with. This place is a blend of the rustic (screened in cabins with pee toilets and a walk to composting toilets), the prolific and preserved nature, and the luxuries of life (the exceptional food and beverage, lounging on the dock in a hammock, etc.). We absolutely loved our time at Cocovivo."

The bugs. No one's fault at all. The tiny no-see-ums ate us alive. So glad the screens on the rooms are so tightly knit so we didn't have any problems at all in our cabins.

We had to battle ants in the apartment. The beach had sea urchins and weed. Lots of noises during the day due to multiple renovations taking place.

"Convenient location just outside of town. The room was spacious, had a handy kitchenette, and the beds were very comfortable. Parking right in front of the room was a big plus. Definitely would recommend and I will be staying again next year when I visit."

The room was a little warm and I had difficulty changing it. While the room itself was lovely, the outlook from the room was of a shipping container - didn't really bother me but worth noting.

"The vibe was amazing. A perfect place to relax after three weeks on the road in Turkey. And after spending time in Cappadocia very budget friendly. The hospitality made us feel so at home. Food was delicious and plentiful. Olympos is an amazing little village. You walk through the ruins of the ancient town to get to the beach. There are two castles on the beach you can climb all over. The one on the right as you walk on onto the sand has an amazing view of the beach."

"One of the most beautiful accommodations I have ever been to!!! They thought about every detail. When you enters to the place, you will feel like you entered into the fairytale. Everything has been designed to fit with the nature and beauty of Bali. Hard to find the right words to describe how good this place is. The area is quite busy, there is a market across the street, and also a place with chicken food. Bali Bird Park and Zoo are near. The location is very good if you want to go to East Bali, visit some amazing waterfalls, or just enjoy and relax before you go to Ubud."

Perfect one, no complaints at all.
