"Helena is super friendly! It was a pleasure to stay in one of the apartments."

The kitchen was not equipped very well. It is sufficient only for short stays. So if you stay for two or three nights it is OK - otherwise you will not be able to prepare decent meals there.

I struggled to get hot water in the shower for a while . The road nearby is quiet which is good for sleeping but not so good for public transport .

"#1 - Maryann is the BEST! Her rooms are clean and the place is so welcoming. It is located up in the mountains, so the nights are cool. It’s also right on a bus route so you can get anywhere on the island by bus. She gave me great ideas and I went to most of the places she suggested. I look forward to returning."

No screens on the windows

"The place is a bit more than 1 km from the main road and it is easy to walk there. The room has comfortable bed, fan and also a table suitable for working. The hosts (2 sisters) are very kind. There is a takeaway food shop quite close (in front of the college)."

The wall between my room and room of the owner is from wood, so people can hear each other.

"We spent a week in Iceland and stayed in different locations throughout. Kosy Vik was by far our favorite. Our host was amazing, so friendly and kind. The space was just what we needed, and the location was perfect! Kosy Vik was able to accommodate us when the weather prevented safe travel back to Reykjavik. Hrund checked on us often, offering homemade treats, making recommendations of food and activities. It was truly a pleasure. Our next visit to Iceland will definitely include a stay at Kosy Vik"

"The hosts are the most welcoming and nice people. They are very friendly, helping and responsive. We felt very welcomed here. The room was very nice with vintage furniture that has this wonderful specific scent of a vintage furniture. Wonderfully decorated, the room and the kitchen create very warm feeling. Anna Christina was even willing to help us with the breakfast and charged very generously for it. And her husband helped me with the luggage because I damaged my back recently. Thank you so much for your help and hospitality!"

"Roomy, bright, immaculately clean. Bulbul and her family were welcoming, helpful at every turn. They provided a delicious and hearty breakfast. We were treated to beautiful dombra music and the harmonious voices of family friends in a small concert the first evening."

"Everything was so clean, that was very nice. Additionally we got little small shampoo and other hygiene stuff in a little bag, that was cute. The room also was air-conditioned, which is a must in a country like Uzbekistan. The Wi-Fi was good enough as well. I am surprised that the hotel is so cheap relatively to other ones out there."

Managed to get a very good deal since it was booked last minute, only €22 for private room in Brno is a steal. Staff was polite and professional. Great experience!"

"Felex, Asinja and the kids were so welcoming! They cook delicious food with local produce. Felex is always up for a chat and coordinating a wonderful community project in the village. It’s a simple room but basic amenities, but a truly unique experience."

"The location was excellent near to the bus stops and restaurants. Plenty of places to eat, local and otherwise. Very quiet. The host speaks very good english and was very helpful and informative about things to do and places to go. Great experience overall."

Als ik persé iets zou moeten noemen, is het het ontbreken van een kraan en wasbak in het keukenblok. Creatief met afwassen, door vullen van de aanwezige teil met de waterkoker, die je in de badkamer met een kommetje moet vullen, omdat hij niet onder de kraan past 😁 Maar goed, ik vond het zelf gewoon prima zo.
