"The apartment was cute and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and a brewery by the water. The shower was huge and very relaxing. They had a travel crib available for our young son."

"Modern, clean, in center of this small town. We walked to restaurants and waterfront. If we were staying longer the fully equipped kitchen would be useful for taking a break from eating out. Owner/manager was helpful. He messaged us ahead of our arrival with instructions and helpful information."

"This is a basic apartment. It was what we expected - clean, with good space and comfortable bed. Pictures on booking.com are accurate. The hostess left us a bag of coffee for the french press, but we didn't find it till too late :) Hofn is a working port town and the neighborhood doesn't look like much, but the whole town is like that."

"Located nicely for many attractions and there were a number of food choices that were excellent. Had a minor issue with door (because I didn’t understand the handle lift to lock) and they graciously showed me what to do. There was fridge and stove, though we did not use."

"Good-sized room, well-furnished, kitchenette with table and chairs, very clean, good bed, quiet. Very nice staff. Hofn is a very scenic small town, and the recommended Pakkhus Restaurant a block away was excellent. We got great photos of the northern lights on a clear night at the end of town by the water."

"The front door is complicated to lock. The staff had messaged instructions on Booking.com, which I overlooked. But, she was very nice and came right over to show us how."
