The property is up a very steep hill (but we knew this before booking) so you would definitely need a car to get there. It wasn't an issue at all for us, but is good to know before booking.

"The scenery on top of the high hills is much more beautiful! Afternoon a natural silence and peaceful atmosphere is created. I like it very much. I decided to go again."

Liked everything. But the height of this hill is a bit high so I would suggest that one should not take the elderly.

"A wonderful small house in a quiete place. Not a big one but equipped very well with all necessary kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a nice terrace outside with a barbeque place. Everything was very clean, the house is very cozy"

"Wow! This is the perfect place to relax in nature along the beautiful Zambezi River. Superb service and amazing rooms. We truly felt well taken care of from beginning to end during our stay at Tongabezi."

"The view: wow. Believe me when I say it’s even more stunning in person than in the photos. The pictures don’t do it justice at all. It’s that breathtaking. The room was cozy, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and the location had a nice, peaceful vibe. It was a great and fun stay overall."

The only small downsides: the room could really use a mini fridge to keep water cold during the summer, and a full-length mirror would be a great addition. But aside from that, everything was fantastic.

"The staff is so friendly! Was really a lovely experience. We only stayed one night to extend on the island , but It was one of our favourite experiences with the owners. Their kindness is so refreshing. The bungalows are basic, the bed is so comfy. It really gives you jungle beach vibes. Also try their coffee, best cappuccino ever. Double shot and the froth is on point. We even ran into the owners in Ranong coming off the slow ferry and they offered us a ride to our hostel. It really just made us so happy! I wish them all the luck with this new project of theirs. They have only really been actively open a total of 5 months!"

A little further from the beach but if you ride a scooter you are fine. 16 minute walk to one beach and the rest are about 40-45 minutes in each direction walking! Food not too far!

It would be great if there was an option to pay for lunch and dinner at the property. This way I would avoid the center of the city and the crowd completely 😄

"Cozy, immaculate cottage with a great view. Fabulous hosts who were very accommodating. Great location in the middle of Castries and Rodney Bay. Short walk to the beach."

What really made our stay special was the owner going the extra mile by helping us plan an itinerary for things to do in the area. Thanks to that, we had an amazing time and truly made the most of our visit. We can highly recommend Bertos Lodge and would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a spectacular time staying at the Tsoelike River Lodge in Lesotho! The staff was exceptionally friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. They consistently checked in with us to make sure our fires were lit in our cabins, if we needed the room to be freshened up, and if we were enjoying our time. This on top of the stunning mountain views right from your window made for a wonderful stay."

No complaints! We had a great time and would book again upon returning to Lesotho.

"Чудове місце для відпочинку сімʼєю. Дуже задоволені. Було дуже затишно і комфортно. Велика територія біля котеджа – є все необхідне для барбекю, альтанки і качелі для дітей. Відпочивали взимку, але в приміщенні було дуже тепло. Є санвузли у кожній спальні, що дуже зручно. Окреме спасибі пані Олі, адміністратору котеджа. Турбувалася про нас, щоб ми почувалися максимально комфортно. Плануємо повернутися сюди влітку 🙂"

Трошки замалий холодильник. Було б добре, щоб він був трохи більшим і мав трохи більшу морозильну камеру. Також не зайвими були б ще кілька кастрюль та великі миски.

"The property is gorgeous, with a little walk you are right on the beachfront, and you are right next to the french quarter which is perfect for going out, restauration, and the Abissa festival! Precieux was super helpful with everything we needed, and they were flexible with our checkout and letting us leave our bags for the next day. It's not directly on the beach, but the property is lovely and the beach is right next door."

"Very good vibes in the heart of the forest. I recommend to utilize golf cars to help gusts to go up to the Main Street , also they have to bring card machines, food and beverages to be ordered from the cottage."

"I loved the location and the staff was very nice and friendly. I had the perfect room with patio with the best view & a hammock. The food was delicious, there were a lot of delicious vegan options for each meals. The dining space is beautiful and the owners are often around with an excellent music selection. The view is stunning and the location is extremely peaceful & relaxing, this is exactly what I wanted to start the year. I couldn’t ask for more for a first time in Las Terrenas."

Nothing was negative honestly. I would say maybe the pool area should be tidy-up a bit more. I wasn’t comfortable to lay down by the pool. The natural setting and the view is amazing though.

"Ingrid always prepared delicious breakfasts. I was there for 9 days and loved the variety. I also appreciated and enjoyed the extras of fresh bottled fruit juices, the chance to experience a meal of oil down, the national dish, and a barbecue prepared fresh1 The pool is wonderful.It was also fun to be invited to add some art to the walls of the dining area!!"

Perhaps in the rooms with windows facing the afternoon sun there could be a roll down blind as it got quite hot in the room despite the fan.
