Resorts in Slovenia

"The views, the food (in comparison to other all inclusive options, the food at the buffet, pool bar and Asian restaurant were great), the beach, variety of alcoholic drinks and the speed of the service. Specially, Panos the bar man was super nice and hospitable, and made great drinks!"

The towel situation (two per room), size of pool and amount of seating which wasn’t enough (this isn’t in regard to the cool living exclusive pool which we could not access and was much nicer) - and generally, seating - during the day the rooftop bar is not open, so can’t sit there. Size of the room we had was kind of small, our shower needed maintenance because the doors wouldn’t seal shut so water would pour out. Staff-wise, some staff members weren’t very hospitable, some of the bartenders and front desk.

"Close to the airport so for us a good place to stay the first night in Namibia. The room was fine and we slept well. Quiet and clean. We appreciated the gym. Good breakfast and dining options."

The whole place felt a bit dated, and in need of a spruce up.

"The property is clean and organized. Most facilities are up to date. The staff is super friendly and helpful."

For personal preference, I did not enjoy that the property did not have a coffee bar area with espressos, lattes,etc. Also, I would’ve like for the souvenir shop to offer more variety in cultural snacks and drinks. Water and fountain drinks were limited for purchase:

The stay was great overall, but the Wi-Fi could have been a little stronger. Other than that, I have no other complaints.

"The hotel is very nice, located right next to Petra’s main entrance. Based on the staff’s recommendation, we took a taxi (there is also a shuttle) to the other side of the park and walked from the end to the beginning. It was probably better than walking the whole long route twice 🙂"

"They have a great little lagoon with excellent snorkeling at high tide. Lots of coral and fish to see."

The dive shop is always closed. Fortunately, there is an excellent one adjacent to the property and connected by a walkway. The restaurant is mediocre. The bar pool-side is closed until 5:00 pm but that’s all right because their cocktails are awful.

We stayed two nights in overwater bungalow, lively, then two nights in beach bungalow, also lovely, except no coffee maker, only tea. When we asked if we could get a coffee maker, we're toldtbeyareonly available to over water bungalows. 😪

Beautiful beachfront location, though somewhat overrun with street vendors, though the hotel has no control over this, the beaches are public-access. Convenient location within walking distance of local town center with shops, dining and souvenirs."

The room we booked was misrepresented on Booking.com as having a 'wonderful sea view' when in fact it turned out that this applied to the hotel in general, while our room had garden view. No animation team - beach volley, archery etc. - whatsoever.

"This is a massive resort, but one of the fanciest places with the most well trained staff we have ever been to. Exceptionally helpful and kind, excellent architecture throughout the whole facility. We took out we ATV and dune buggy on a couple of trips which was awesome. It rained most of the time we were there, but there is plenty to do. A full of five star resort and experience."

We came in early March, definitely their low season. This place would be incredible during the summer season when the beach and pools are open

"The rooms are large and comfortable. The grounds are very well kept, and the pool area is wonderful. This was my third time at this property in ten years. The service was excellent."

The hotel organizes events on the grounds that go until midnight. The first night we were there, it was very loud and the noise was right in our room. The third night, there was another one. It takes away from the calm of the property to host these types of events, even on weeknights. This fact makes me reconsider staying here again because it spoils having a quiet evening in the room or hotel.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

There was a good selection for breakfast with a continental buffet and hot food from the menu. Lunch and dinner were also top notch. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were nice and quiet during the evening."

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

We had a great time enjoying all it has to offer but The mini golf needs maintenance.

"Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly (one guy at the desk was very rude). Nice pool. Nice stretch of water to swim in, with a pebble/sand area near the ocean entrance. Comfortable room (except they cut the power to air conditioning when you leave the room)."

The drinks, especially the wine was very disappointing. I guess I should plan on paying extra for higher quality. Real coffee (not instant) would be a nice alternative. Thanks.
