"We liked the city/village where the hotel was in. We liked the pool and the fact that we had it for ourselves. the breakfast was great, staff was really nice."

In the kitchen, there were very few things - for example, there were no knives, and we wanted to cook, so after asking the staff, we got one knife for cutting everything (but it was originally meant for cutting bread), also, there were very few plates and forks ...

"Staff were accommodating. Pool and room service were great . Other guests were respectful."

Beds a bit too firm. Some septic smell in bathroom sinks. The restaurant was understaffed for new years.

"Our time at Waya Island was truly one of the best experiences of our lives! The resort is gorgeous and the entire staff is top notch. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool area is relaxing and beautiful. We loved the snorkeling, both swim out and a chartered boat trip. Incredible coral and sea life! The deciding factor in choosing this resort was the food reviews and they were spot on. Every meal simply blew us away. Imagine living right next to the best restaurant you’ve ever been! Delicious food beautifully prepared and impeccable service. It was heaven! We were genuinely sad to leave and are already planning a trip back."

Not a thing! Our stay could not have been more perfect.

Thr bed is to soft... but one of two nights for my back it's not so bad.

"The location was wonderful! I loved the hot pot on site and the sauna! The proximity to so many water falls and Laugarfell was great! We enjoyed the cute museum on site and appreciated the 50% discount! The staff was incredibly helpful. We forgot a suitcase and they quickly realized our mistake and called us before we had been gone more than a few minutes. It was a quick turnaround to be reunited with our belongings! So kind and thoughtful!"

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.

"Excellent historic building and interiors. The park with the pond looked nice too, but didn't have time to walk around. Several rooms are for team working activities. Cute spa with big jacuzzis and several saunas. We were welcomed by a very nice lady."

Restaurant could have something simple for eating, too. We don't need the full menu all the time. Some fruits, cheese, cookies, for example.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"Workers are all gentle & generous; always smile on their face . Animation staff is top . Foods are very delicious & u find many varieties; the chef of the kitchen is exceptional. Thanks to Mouna & Thekra in the reception; they are very helpful."

The cottage would have been better with a small kitchenette...and please get rid of those coffee machines as they leak water and make terrible coffee.

We never managed to get through to Spa staff when driving over so couldn’t make a booking

"The beach at Divi was nice. The room was conveniently located. I loved the Fort Amsterdam Cafe."

We felt that the check in was a nightmare. It took much too long. Why provide two cards to receive two towels from somewhere else? How about having a person by the pool or beach doing that? The front desk seemed to be multitasking , making check in unusually long.

"The resort is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't serve much justice. There's this particular staff by the name of Petronella she's golden ✨️ 💛. JACANA 100 POINTS. 💯"

I didn't like the fact that until we got there, then utility and 10% other charges were added to the cost. Until now, i haven't figured out what exactly were considered other charges since I was charged the same thing every time I ordered at the bar and asked that it be sent to my room.

"The property is located in a beautiful bluff overlooking the ocean. Great views of the coastline with well-appointed rooms. Service is good overall."

Restaurant service could be timely improved

"The staff was the best part to be honest, they were so incredible and helped us with everything! The property was beautiful and our view was amazing!"

Everything was perfect but there were a few bugs I found in the room but on an island, I’m sure it’s hard to keep those out lol

"The breakfast was really good and great variety of choices. The sea was really close and clean. The pool area was great and clean too. In the evening there was life music at the pool which gave a nice vibe. Staff was nice and helpful."

The Stowe was not working properly. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Everything is frozen at the restaurants or almost everything: pizza, fish.

Everything about the property was great

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

The road to get there not too good and the shower not too much water

"Everything here is perfect. The resort is in a jungle setting, with fish, butterflies and birds. The Tree House villa we stayed in was perfect, with a floor for us and a floor for the kids. Everything was taken care of - from water and snacks to the pool and the restaurant. A perfect stay."

The villa pool is in constant shade. While it's perfect for us (no sun burns), it means the water temprature is always a bit too cold, which practically meant we spent our time in the (perfect) public pool, but never used our villa pool. It would be great if the villa pool had an option for heating.

The curtains didn’t open and close fully and bathtub stopper didn’t work. Ongoing pool & restaurant construction with no prior notification.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"The facilities are very well maintained. Plenty of activities are available. Quality of food is outstanding.the bread is delicious. Great location. What I disliked is the quality of the underwater life in the area and , while many staff members were smiling and willing to make your stay very pleasant, others were very distant and cold. It is a kids-friendly hotel so if you are looking for a calm place , you may not find here what you are looking for. Overall We would chose the same place again in the Grand Baie area"

City center, parks, restaurants and cafés are just a walking distance. • Staff was friendly and very helpful. • The room where we stayed was clean and has a balcony with a view on the hotel’s main entrance and a fairly big yard/parking lot between neighboring buildings."

• Breakfast could have been included in the rate. • If you have noisy neighbors/hotel mates, don’t expect expect to sleep week as walls are not sound proof. We had this issue on our first night.

"Good location and easily accessible to nearby facilities and shopping areas. Breakfast selection is good enough and great to have the breakfast timing to end later."

Pool and Spa closed a little too early for my liking but great pool to be at with outdoor sunshine and all.
