"Very good place to stay close to the tourist attractions highly recommended"

"My room didnt had AC and some lights were not working some nights were so hot besides that i loved everything else"

"The place is old but very very clean. There's dust because of the age and structure of the building, and things are well used, but otherwise it was spotless. I was a professional cleaner, I can say this for sure. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Our flight was changed and we came in very late but they were kind and accommodating. The pool was closed (it was January) but the attached restaurant was fine, nothing exceptional but edible. The location was great for walking to attractions and it was very close to 2 metro lines that were very convenient. There is a taxi stand directly in front too. We were basically looking for a bed and shower to use when we weren't out. The room was perfect for that. The other guests we encountered were mostly families, all Spanish speakers from various places and other parts of Mexico. My pathetic Spanish skills were enough to communicate effectively with the staff. I cannot stress enough how sweet the staff was."

"It wasn't a problem for us and it was clear from the booking, but the room was very very small. It was not the kind of room you'd lounge around in, it's for sleeping and storage and not much else. We got a standard full size bed room. Others may be different. The mattress was very firm and springy. I liked this and slept like a baby, as did my partner, but if you need a soft mattress you may be disappointed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, all that is provided is a bar soap. This is definitely (at least what we booked) a bargain hotel. Absolutely no frills, very worn, but in that area as a "home base" while you sight see, it can't be beat for the price."

"Great location and friendly staff. Was allowed to check in early and got a room upgrade for not much extra. Room was clean and recently renewed"

"One of the two elevators was on the older side, bed was a bit hard but that's just a personal preference"

"Un excelente servicio, fue mejor de lo que esperaba. Muchas gracias.🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰"

"No sé cómo decir pero sí hubo un detallito, que iban a las 7 de la mañana a tocar la puerta para verificar si estabamos ahí, y así en todos los cuartos del pasillo porque escuchamos como tocaban en los cuartos. De pues de eso todo fue excelente toda bien."

Avis de Rolandas Hotel Puebla Plaza

"Great half way point between Lake Chapala and City Center as well as close proximity to airport."

"Amazing place with a great range of activities, very recommendable"

"We loved our room - great view! The staff at the pool were amazing (Margarita, Marbella, and Paulina took great care of us!)"

"The break fast was delicious!the personal was professional and really friendly! Will see you next year"

"I split my trip into Mexico City by staying in three hotels- two smaller boutique hotels and one larger hotels. The small boutique hotels were magical in terms of the people and conversations. The Hyatt has great facilities- an incredibly warm pool which I loved, sauna, steam rooms and a breakfast buffet to write home about. It was a nice counterpoint to the other hotels and they were kind enough to give me a room away from the construction so it was a quiet lovely stay."

"Its closest to the Angel and many restaurants in reforma"

"This is an old hotel in a fantastic location, half a block from the Alameda Central. I have stayed there several times and recommend it highly. The property is dated, but the price via booking.com couldn't be beat, and it was half a block from SRE, where we had an appointment. Ask for a high room with a view of the Alameda. We stayed in 1411, and had a sweeping view of the park and the full sweep of CDMX to the north. The staff was helpful, they gave me a different room when I asked to be on the other side facing the park and higher up, and the room was impeccably clean."
