"One of the most peaceful and scenic beautiful resorts I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll miss this place."

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"location is really good, in the middle of the beautiful Wallonia nature, Restaurant was pleasant and meals were of quality, swimming pool was quite big and it's somehow a pity the Sauna was small and there was no Hammam"

"Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly (one guy at the desk was very rude). Nice pool. Nice stretch of water to swim in, with a pebble/sand area near the ocean entrance. Comfortable room (except they cut the power to air conditioning when you leave the room)."

The drinks, especially the wine was very disappointing. I guess I should plan on paying extra for higher quality. Real coffee (not instant) would be a nice alternative. Thanks.

"Amazing views, right on Crocodile River and the bridge leading up to Malelane Gate. Staff were very cordial, polite and did their best to cater to our queries and needs. They even had our breakfast packed on the Saturday morning when we had planned to go to Kruger early. Our accommodation was also very nice, with all necessary amenities. Food options for dinner and other meals were excellent, including buffet and a la carte. Bar was nice too. Spa was excellent."

"The peace & quietness. The staff was respectful & nice. The nearby activities were great and easy access."

No major complaints, I just wish they had more breakfast items and healthier options.

The room was comfortable but some upgrades is definitely needed.

Breakfast wasn't included - i think it said on the booking, but i'm not sure. anyway, didn't care. Staff was OK, but could be better.

Thr bed is to soft... but one of two nights for my back it's not so bad.

Only 2 real dinner restaurants, and the Italian is closed on Mondays, so you need to make plans to eat off property some.

The menu was good, but could be better. Would have loved more sea activities like jet skiing. Also outdoor screen viewings would have been fun.

I think everything was fine. It's an older hotel, but it's been well maintained.

The availability of activities and the food quality was quite limited

"The room is very spacious and is basically a whole apartment with bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and varanda. The decoration is cozy and elegant, all in good taste. There is a small commercial area with bakery, mini market, restaurant, beauty salon, self-service laundry, and child care."

We stayed in the room above the restaurant and it was a bit noisy (chairs and tables being dragged around) during clean-up at 11:30 pm. The bathroom lacked lighting above the shower and hooks to hang the hand towels... and the towels were a bit worn out.

We had a great time enjoying all it has to offer but The mini golf needs maintenance.

"Close to the airport so for us a good place to stay the first night in Namibia. The room was fine and we slept well. Quiet and clean. We appreciated the gym. Good breakfast and dining options."
