"Fantastic opulent building Variety of restaurants Excellent service"

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

We loved everything but perhaps some nighly/evening performers, bands, singers.

"Rented a cabin and expected simplicity but it was more like a hotel room at an expensive hotel and there was fridge & freezer plus cooking facilities."

Little hard to find the parking for the cabin though. They were numbered but not clearly printed on the map we were given. Had to look around quite a bit before we found the parking spot. There was no information on how to practically check out. I drove the car towards the reception but the street in front of the reception had a no stopping sign. Had to reverse it back to the parking spot. Was a bit confused on what to do. Turned out that i should have walked and given the key cards to the reception or dropped them in a box and just driven to the exit and that the exit gate opened automatically.

"Very helpful and accomodating team in reception and the main restaurant. We loved our room: generously sized, nicely decorated, convenient kitchenette corner. The nature pool was fantastic, and it was great to be able to use resort equipment (snorkeling, bikes, etc). The food was very good, we ate well. 🙂"

We loved the location and food in the beach bar, unfortunately the server there was not very good: not especially friendly or quick.

"I had such a lovely time there. The facilities are first rate and the staff is amazing. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. They put every effort into doing whatever was necessary to make my stay perfect. I was there kind of off season, so the spa was closed, but I wanted services, so they had someone come in for me. I had an amazing massage. The room was gorgeous, the bed was so comfortable, and I loved the shower. Breakfast was quite yummy and they had rooms service for other meals also. The boatman they had for my lake tour really took me all over the lake. The prices were reasonable, so I could relax and just enjoy the lovely place and not stress about anything."

I honestly can't think of anything. It would have been nice if their gift shop had been open, because I'd have like to buy some of the products they have in the bathroom.

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

"The food was not good at all. Limited room services times and options. Buffett was not good; we ate the first night and then went to the mainland each night there after for dinner. Such an amazing location but nowhere to lounge or dine."

Day trippers were the resorts focus, maybe it was the time of year. Food and drink options were not good.

"The pools, views of the ocean, the club (especially badminton, bowling) room size and service."

The curtains didn’t open and close fully and bathtub stopper didn’t work. Ongoing pool & restaurant construction with no prior notification.

"It’s stunning. Beauty around every turn. One of the chillest places I’ve ever stayed at in my life."

They aren’t the best at communicating. During our stay the main restaurant was closed we had no idea till we tried to go eat. Wasn’t that the biggest deal because they own another restaurant at the bottom of the hill and took us to and from.

"The property and the staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner expectations were great."

You don’t have to do any better, I like everything

"Good location and easily accessible to nearby facilities and shopping areas. Breakfast selection is good enough and great to have the breakfast timing to end later."

Pool and Spa closed a little too early for my liking but great pool to be at with outdoor sunshine and all.

"The hotel staff at check-in was fabulous. We had a late night, last minute arrival and she helped us out greatly."

Nothing. We didn’t have time to explore everything the resort had to offer.

"The studios are basic and clean. The location is amazing, being so close to a small but wonderful beach. St. Lawrence Gap, with all its restaurants, is just a short walk away. The staff were helpful, and we were able to store our cases at reception and enjoy the facilities while we waited to go to the airport. The pool is small but we were glad of it."

The barbed wire surrounding the property is awful. Such a beautiful view from the pool is ruined by prison vibes. No other hotel has this. It’s just awful and it totally ruins the vacation vibe.

In one of the rooms I think the heating was not functioning properly, but it was fine, the weather was not too cold anyway

"Brahim Khalil greeted me at my arrival and was very helpful. I truly appreciated his kindness and efficiency, the staff is very friendly and professional a perfect example of great hospitality."

"Gorgeous, clean, right on the water, close to the main road, wonderful hospitality, English speaking host, delicious food, amazing!"

"There was a great breakfast - up to two dishes could be ordered for the selected time. The area is very well kept which should be the case for a golf field, that I could see from my window. It was silent all the time."

The only disadvantage was the cold temperature: I could not ejnjoy a table and terrace. But that is not about the great hotel. That is about November in Latvia!

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."
