"I have stayed at this hotel for more than 3 nights, and I'm also a returning guest for the second time. I like Skyline hotel for it's isolated location. It is far from the more bustling areas in Saipan, like Garapan, but closer to the scenic tourist areas like the Banzai cliff monument and Bird island. I also like the management, they remember returning guests and are very accommodating to your needs."

"It's located in a very nice place. 5-10 minutes from the beach, close to supermarket and restaurant. The hotel has very nice territory. The room is cosy and quite comfortable. It was very quiet, because we were at the end of the season and there were almost no people there. Very nice terrace. But you need to have something against mosquitoes (we bought in supermarket candles with citrone, which cost nothing and work very well)."

I was reading negative reviews about showers, but when I got there for the first time, I had almost claustrophobia, but to be honest, I also had worse. The water is hot and with strong flowing, so it's not so bad. I don't understand why we got so a lot of keys, special that half of them you don't use. Also, the kitchen has a very basic thing, but it was no sponge for washing dishes, only one knife, no grinder for cheese, and no vine glasses. Ventilation in the kitchen doesn't work. In the room was cold, while outside was warm, which would be nice in summer, but we were in October. So i was always cold inside in the evening and night. But you can't keep everything open, otherwise you will have a lot of mosquitoes. Also, the bed for me was not so comfortable. When my husband was moving, I almost had seasickness. The hotel has they own "parking", but to get there you need to go through some dump, you should to be very careful there, and sign for this place very small so easy to miss it, when just arrived.

"Excellent location and very lively, felt like a key point of attraction in the bay. Live music entertainment and decent breakfast too. Room was clean and comfortable as per described in the booking page."

"Landhof Pau is located in a quiet village in the rolling forested hills outside of Wiesbaden. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, charming interiors, and top-quality kitchen. The gracious owners fixed a delicious breakfast for us and our friends, also staying on the property. The price was excellent, allowing us to stay four nights. We will definitely return—a peaceful, memorable stay!"

"Clean and safe stay! I didn’t ever feel uncomfortable walking to my destinations. Staff were amazing and the recommended drive was impeccable. Nothing fancy but all needed amenities existed, everything was clean and comfortable, great for 1, would be great for two….. anymore would be a lot! The host was responsive and accommodated all my questions and needs. Will 100% be back!! Thanks for the great trip!"

The road leading to this accommodation is not asphalt, so driving or walking can be challenging.

"Location: it is in a majestic place, with private (yet small) lagoon. The staff were wonderful. The accommodation was reasonably priced. Easy to find."

Location: far away from major attractions, bad road on the route. No shops around. Credit card payment wasn’t working at the time of checkout. Food and drinks are extremely expensive and too simple (no realistic alternatives since it is in the middle of nowhere; bottle of water 3.5 times more expensive then in the town and 1.75 times more expensive than in the airport). No a/c. No windows in the room. Quite rustic. Hordes of mosquitoes. Very strict check out time at 10:00am.

"They have ample parking spaces. Although during our stay it was snowing, they always took care of the driveway and parking spaces. The host was very friendly and helpful."

WiFi is only available in the lobby. While this is stated in advance I do consider that in 2026 there is little reason not to buy a couple of additional access points to cover the rooms. This was particularly annoying since our room did not have proper cell signal so we couldn’t use the data plan either. There is a sauna place which is great, and it functions with prior 1 hour slot booking. But there are no sufficient notices on the door and no keys. So either keep the sauna open for everyone, or get some sort of key in place. It’s not comfortable asking other people who enter to go away because you booked the sauna.

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

"The location was excellent - a few minutes' walk to a very nice, sandy beach that was great for kids (shallow, sandy, calm). There was a restaurant (adjacent property) on the beach, the food was so-so, but it was a great location. The unit was clean, reasonably stocked with what we needed, beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms, two showers. We used the outdoor patio for several meals. The hose by the door to clean our feet. Several nice restaurants a short drive away (Italian was good). Parking was easy. We did a boat/snorkel outing one morning (Nemoz, Ben and Tony were great) and they picked us up right on the dock at the beach. The snorkeling was quite nice. Kayak and other rentals right at the beach."

Only air conditioned in two of the bedrooms. The loft area was blazing hot and there are no windows in the loft that can be opened to create some ventilation (e.g., at night with the provided fan). A portable AC unit or something is needed to cool off this space. The roof leaked, but this was a minor issue. There were no coffee pods or dishwasher pods in the unit, we had to go buy some from the front desk. We checked in slightly after 5pm (lock box), so when we got up in the morning - no coffee! The front desk did not open until 8am? Seriously, we paid a fair amount for the rental and it's ridiculous that 4 or 6 coffee pods (3 bedroom unit) could not have been provided to start with - buy more as needed. Same for the dishwasher (provide one or two pods).

"The apartment is amazing. It has everything and it's in perfect shape. It's about 7 minutes walk to the lake. A lot of free parking. Anna who welcomed us was very kind and helpful."

We felt like we had almost our own private boutique suite and for most of the time exclusive use of pool, pool deck, upper balcony, and BBQ as others were off touring about. Met Steve the owner who was super friendly, helpful, shared some extras, and would highly recommend Beachwalk Residences."

"The location is close to the subway and JR train, an near a supermarket. We stayed for 5 nights and someone came to clean the bathrooms and living room area mid-way through our stay which was fantastic. But best of all, the owner Mamo-san was exceptional. My brother’s baby who was traveling with us assisted them to the clinic and even finding medicine. Even after we checked out and found we left something, he was willing to have it shipped to us. He went above and beyond. I was going to give a perfect score just for the place itself but if i could give more for the service, I would!"

"Our second stay at Mer can story. Fabulous location. Nice spacious rooms, small kitchen area so we could prepare breakfast and eat on our balcony. The staff are kind and helpful. During local power cut this property had a generator. We will choose this hotel again"

not the properties fault but there was a party across the street that went til 11:00 or 11:30. this would have been fine except they kept the incredibly loud music playing until 1:30 in the morning as they cleaned up.

"Good location near the river and within walking to most locations we wanted to see, but it did take a walk of about 20 minutes to key sites and food halls (which we did not mind at all). The building was nice and check in went smoothly. There were nearby markets so getting breakfast foods and keeping them in the kitchen was easy. It had a clothes washing machine in the unit, which was convenient."

The room furniture was just OK. It wasn't overly comfortable in the shared space of our two-bedroom apartment. The connection of the kitchen to the rest of the apartment was strange. The kitchen was not sealed off from the outside and had a lockable door between it and the rest of the apartment that we needed to keep locked to keep it closed so the AC didn't leak out.
